Solus Medical Manufacturing Inc. is a family owned and operated business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Solus, under an exclusive Canadian license agreement, manufacturers the Equagel ProFlex line of wheelchair seating and wheelchair backs. These products have been designed with three goals in mind. First, they had to meet or exceed the pressure redistribution performance of the most advanced seating systems. Second, the products had to be extremely durable. Third, the products had to be associated with little or no maintenance. The engineers behind the Equagel ProFlex series achieved technolgical breakthroughs that allowed Solus to meet, and exceed, each of our design goals. Our "next generation" polymer gel products provide unparralled pressure redistribution, vibration control, comfort and moisture control all in a maintenance free package.
