Somerset Crossing Family Dental

I will be the first one to admit that I am a bad dental patient. I am anxious due to a) claw like roots for my teeth and b) a complete dental history of never being completely frozen at the start of any procedure requiring freezing. I generally avoid going to the dentist because of this.

When I had a gnarly molar extracted by Dr. Singh he did an amazing job freezing my mouth with gel before I was even given injections. He was very patient with me and took the time to reassure me which served to further alleviate any anxiety I had. Very good technical skills (the thoroughness of the freezing) and very good chairside manner. I will recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care.

I needed to have a molar looked at that was causing me pain and hadn't been to a dentist for a few years. Dr. T. Singh and staff were very welcoming. Dr. Singh and Dental Assistant Becky, were also very caring, gentle and kind during the entire experience of having to extract that painful molar. I had a very pleasant experience! Thank you :)

I had a great experience when I visited this office. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the hygienist, Ella, did a great job. Dr. Chacko did a thorough examination and I left feeling great! I'll definitely be bringing my family here from now on. Highly Recommended!

I had a great, most importantly, painless experience at the clinic. Being I am in and out of the city a lot, often with minimal time to spare, the clinic was more than accommodating and helped ensure I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Singh was great! I had a root canal done by another dentist years ago which broke during one of my short stays in the city and was quite painful at the time, he was able to not only restore it but made sure to follow up and make sure there were no further issues. I will definitely being going back. Very reliable!

The entire staff, from the receptionist to the dentists, were all knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Dr. Singh made me feel at home while I was at the clinic, all the while maintaining a professional environment where I felt I was truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to make sure they're taken care of properly!

As a mom of 3, choosing a dentist that suits all of our individual needs is not easy feat. However, I felt immediately felt at ease with the staff at Somerset Crossing and really appreciated Dr. Singh taking the time to build rapport with my little ones before starting the exams and appointments - little things like this go a long way when dealing with small children. I found Dr. Singh to be knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Singh and his staff especially if you have toddlers or young kids!

I saw Dr Singh after not seeing the dentist in over 4 years. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but knew I couldn't put it off any longer. I did require some fillings (I don't floss...). To be honest I was petrified even tho my cleaning and exam was gentle and amazing. But Dr Singh did an amazing job!! Not once was I in pain (even getting the freezing done!), he explained each step he was doing so I was in the loop. Most importantly he ensured he knew where my benefits were and how much I had to use. He wanted to make sure I would not be left paying out of pocket. I am a stay at home mom and it was wonderful to see a dentist care about what I can invest. I am so happy to say I found an amazing dentist!

'Quick and easy' is how I would describe my visit to SCFD, and there was no unprofessional aspect to the experience. The receptionists are very friendly, and my hygienist Ella was effective and efficient. Dr. Chacko took the time to examine my jaw and bite in addition to the standard teeth examination, and explained things to me in a clear and concise manner. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years because I was not a fan of going to my previous dentist. I switched to Somerset Dental and found that Dr. Singh and Ella were very friendly and helpful in making my visit a very positive experience. I will definitely not be waiting another 5 years for a checkup now that I have found a place I am comfortable with that provides such great service.

The receptionist Melissa is very professional, friendly and helpful. Michelle, Becky and Kim are super friendly, professional, and compassionate towards their patients. Doctor Singh is also very friendly. Overall a great experience.
