Something's Stirring knows that Fondant looks really cool but we also know that Real Butter Buttercream tastes far better. So we like to make our cakes with Real Butter Buttercream and use Fondant to make the unique and wonderful embellishments. That way your cake will both look really cool AND taste really wonderful too.

Fact: Did you know that the CFDA doesn't require even one drop of real butter to be present in order to use the labeling of "buttercream". For that reason many bakeries do not use real butter in their buttercream. Something's Stirring uses Only Real Butter in their Real Butter Buttercream which always makes for a very tasty cake for you.
