Soul Of Halloween

Went to get a costume yesterday and the staff were so helpful! They had a great selection, lots of scary displays and good prices.

Had a great experience here with the staff. I went in not knowing what I was looking for, ended up picking a costume that I was ok with. One of the girls helped completely change my mind to pick out a costume I am in love with now. Thank you!!! Happy Halloween everyone :)

After all of the places that we visited today, this location had the most amazing staff and costumes! They helped us find and create such amazing costumes. Special thanks to Nadia, she was lovely and very hospitable. ❤️

Wow ! Great Halloween store in Edmonton ! Don't even bother ordering From amazon, made the mistake and didn't receive my costume on time ! This store has it all , Thanks for the friendly service Soul team !

At the store I was told by the cashier that I could return a costume if for any reason I needed to. I got home and noticed an " all sales final” on the receipt. I contacted the store owner and was told that " I was not told that" and repeatedly treated like a liar, along with being told repeatedly that they could not help me. Along with this the owner was rude, not even using full words in their messages to me ( yah. np. plz. etc.) and not always making understandable sentences, either seeming to be detracted or something of the like. I was given " head offices" number and spoken over, told that if I file the complaint the employee would be fired, but at the same time, they still would not honor that I was told I could return my costume ( never even taken out of the soul of Halloween bag). He also spent most of the conversation about my complaint claiming they were the best and busiest Halloween store with the best variety ( again not true from my experience as I barely even walked out with the over priced jacket, and I have found better, full costumes elsewhere). So to sum it up - rude, uncaring, and very over confident. Completely unwilling to honor what their employees say and do.

Just walked into Soul of Halloween and was very impress by the customer service , I was narrowing down two costumes when I guy named rocky came , he suggested the minion costume for my two , three year olds . They loved it ! Now I got two minions at home ready for Halloween , thanks rocky will come back next year !!!

So I went to this location the past Saturday and the service was deplorable. I was looking at the costumes and some were quite nice.Me and my friends decided to try some on, keen on purchasing something so we could go as a group. One young man who was working there did a really good job and we were about to purchase our costumes it was just that my friend was trying to decide between two sizes. This was when one lady that worked there and imposed herself as a manger or something of the sort came in being fairly rude. She kept on telling us we could only try on two costumes and being aggressive with our choices and what we could and could not try on. On top of that she led my friend on a goose hunt for accessories they did not have. We ended up leaving the store even though I badly wanted the costumes we had picked, my friend insisted we went to a different store.

Went here the other day and no one talked to me and my friend until we had more than three costumes in our hands and the lady proceed's to tell us we are only aloud to try on three costumes the entire time we are in the store so we were really limited to even find a costume and the entire time we were trying them on she commented that we wouldn't wear them or they didn't suit us. How is a person supposed to get ready for Halloween with no chance to really try anything on?
