I really enjoy this place. The HIIT classes are great and they have added more which is nice and convenient. Best yoga classes in town in my opinion. Staff is professional and friendly.

One of the top studios in town in my opinion. Great atmosphere, amazing teachers! Great place for the mind and body. Definitely recommend.
