I went to the urgent care area and I from the time I got there to the time I left it was 2 hrs and that included X-Rays talking to Dr and being fitted for a leg brace! The staff are great and VERY caring!

My daughter had quite a traumatic injury and everyone there was very kind and nice to us! The staff were quick and helpful. I know there have been people writing reviews saying they waited a long time even though there is no-one there, but they aren't seeing behind the scenes... There is a triage nurse for a reason, and each time I have had to go here (5-10 times over the past couple years, as I have a couple of young children) I have had nothing but a good(as good as can be expected going to Emerg.) experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. I went in for a bad chest cough I have been having. I had to get into a gown so that they could check my lungs. The nurse pulled the curtain and closed the door so I could change. As I'm just finishing putting the gown on the doctor walked in without knocking! Luckily at this point I was completely covered, but it was still extremely awkward and unprofessional. The doctor looked confused and said he was in the wrong room - no apologies or anything. After he leaves, the nurse came back in to check my lungs. When she left, she didn't close the door behind her. This might be there policy or something, but it is still extremely uncomfortable to be sitting there in a medical gown with the door wide open and someone should explain why they do that if that's the case. I sat in the room for about 20 - 30 minutes before the doctor came back in the room (same one as before). He mumbled his name to me, asked me some questions about my symptoms, and then told me he would prescribe some antibiotics but they likely wouldn't work right now. He handed me a prescription and left without asking me if I had any questions (which I did). He also left the door wide open behind him. I sat there awkwardly and waited to see if someone would come back to tell me what was going on. After a few moments, I realized no one was coming, so I shut the door, changed and left. There was no point where anyone explained to me what could possibly be wrong with me, I was just handed a prescription! I left feeling angry and confused. I still have a bad cough and I am not going to take antibiotics without feeling more certain that they will help me get better. Needless to say, I will be getting a second opinion.

Rude staff and long wait times when there's hardly anyone here. Sad part is it's the only place open. Maybe rocky view would of been a better choice.

Our son had a rather benign injury that became grossly infected and there was red tracking up his arm. We are from out of province and hesitant about going in, but so glad that we did. The staff from triage through to the admission staff were great. Professional and thorough. I did question the physician's cleanliness (lack of hand hygiene and prep of my son's skin before making an incision), but the treatment was right on. What an amazing resource for people to prevent them from having to utilize and clog up emergency rooms. For all of the people bitching and complaining- be grateful for the services that we have readily available and free of charge.

I was amazed by the excellent experience I had here. I did a walk in for both the lab and xray departments after work one day. For the lab I had to take a number and was called in shortly after. They are very efficient in coordinating walk ins in between appointments. For the xray clinic, I was taken in almost right away. I was there for less than 45 minutes for both. The free parking is another bonus.

We usually come here for our baby's shots and i have no complaints. Most nurses are friendly. I also had xray done for my knee and everyone was very helpful in the clinic

Excellent location, always have parking space and not very busy / acceptable waiting time and good service. Doctors can be impolite, and maybe need some people skill training, reason why they did not get 5 starts, but the staff is polite.

My husband had a really bad cut from work that I almost could see his bone. I called here to see if they do stitches as he was told that he needed to wait for 3 hours at the other hospital. I thought I could have him go to this location if they handle any injuries like that. They said that they cannot answer as they are not in medical department. I understand they are just reception staff and don't know anything medical. But at least, they should have guided me through as to how to find out whether this location handles any cut injuries or not. But they just hung up on me while I was still asking questions. Very cold and TERRIBLE attitude. I cannot believe my income tax is used to pay all these useless people.
