I've had VWs for 10+ years. Every service has been done through the dealership because I trust them to take care of me are my vehicles. Matt has been there as long as I can remember, knows my name every time and gets everything sorted in no time at all. Hard to beat great service.

Superb service from the team there. Always finding new ways to impress me. I have 2 VWs so I get to test them out. Recently, Matt Low took great care with our cars and delivered friendly service and ensured vehicles are safe for the winter.

Had a great experience last week at South Centre VW! My vehicle went in for service and from start to finish it went perfectly. Matt kept me informed throughout the day and there were no surprises. My Alltrack was done on time and he even arranged to have it cleaned for me! I ended up being quite delayed and had to pick up after hours but Matt guided me through the pick up process as well and everyone at South was super helpful. He even followed up the next day to ensure I was satisfied with my service. Thank you Matt - looking forward to seeing you again in six months time :)

Took my car for a tire swap for the season. Requested a car wash upon pick up; inquired about engine bay wash as well. The response to the latter was loosely: "see what I can do", really translating to "won't happen". Indeed, to my chagrin it did not, unlike in the past. The reason was really having confidence in these guys to do it properly, as I'd rather not spray-wash the engine/possibly alternator myself and cause damage.
Picked up my car in the pm unlocked in the parking lot, and dirty on the outside. Followed through with my request, upon which it was satisfied. The general manager reached out to follow up, which I certainly appreciated. Will my experience be better next time? I shall see. Cheers.

This is my very first new car and I cannot be any happier with my wagon. Not only is the car great but the whole purchasing experience was hassle-free. This state-of the-art-facility is staffed with an efficient and friendly team who made the purchase easy: they were also crystal clear on the price (all inclusive, no surprises!). Pleasant and knowledgeable staff+awesome facility+positive atmosphere=awesome experience

Our experience at this DEALERSHIP was dismal. After they had diagnosed the issue and estimated potential costs, we decided to take it in. The first day it was there (Monday), I received a call explaining that they had discovered the issue and that it would be less cost. At that time I asked that the brakes be replaced also. The brakes turned into another issue entirely, but that is another story. The brakes issue went on for a few days, and Thursday I get a call that the AC was leaking and that they'd have to replace a hose, I explained that the reason it was there was because of the South Center VW diagnosis which identified that exact hose! Friday I get a call that the wrong part had been sent! Now it's the long weekend and we finally picked up the car on Tuesday. I tried to explain my situation to the service desk gentleman, but the subject was changed immediately??? I do not have any confidence in this dealership whatsoever, after driving my wife to work for a week, she feels the same.

Great service. Alex was incredibly educated and helpful throughout the whole experience! I never felt pressure to make a decision and always felt he took the time to listen and understand my needs/wants. Thanks Alex, you rock!

Absolutely amazing experience. From sales to finance to service, the best dealership we've ever experienced. No pressure from the sales side, and absolute transparency during the entire process. I called Ryan after 5:00 pm last Thursday after having a scary experience ( later finding out that the Spring at the back of the car had snapped). I told him that I had planned to go out of town on Friday. Although he said they were quite busy he said they would take a look at the car.

I checked in with Chad at 7:30 Friday morning ( awesome 3 minute check in) and by 8:15 he had called me to say it was a broken spring. They had the part and could fix it!

I picked up the car later that afternoon and was told that they had to go to Northland Volkswagen to pick up a bolt they did not have! Chad brought out the broken part because I told him that my husband would really appreciate seeing the snapped spring. Both Chad and Ryan knew how disappointed I would be if I was not able to go out of town for the weekend. They did everything they could to ensure that I was able to leave that Friday on my trip.
Both Ryan and Chad were active listeners, cheerful and took the time to answer all of my questions! Great job!

We just recently purchased a used car from Alex, who provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The process was seamless. He even delivered the vehicle directly to our home, I would highly recommend South Centre Volkswagen to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Alex was absolutely amazing, he was super polite and personable, making the buying experience much more enjoyable. The people that I dealt with in the business office, Darren and Justin, were also awesome and got me through the paperwork and approval process very quickly. My only complaint was that the sales manager could have been a bit nicer to us but aside from that, it was a solid experience and I would come back to buy a car from Alex in the future!

All in all a great experience, decided to try them after another dealership serviced my car and caused damage. They were able to make my vehicle run smoothly again and make me happy. Would happily go back in the future for service and more.
