Last summer a friend told me about Fit Body and what a great place it was. She explained it to me and I thought, oh I could never do that. She was so much younger and in much better shape than me. After 6 months of going back and forth on the website, I decided to buy a 5 week groupon. 5 Weeks, no commitment right? They are challenging, fun and different each time and they go by so fast that I don't really have time to think about how tired I am. The best part is that workouts can be done by all fitness levels. They truly care about helping you achieve your fitness goals and will hold you accountable to your progress. My 6:30 pm class fellow boot campers are also great. Great staff and great workout. I love the fact that nutrition is a major component with their workouts and they ask about your food and seem to really care about your overall well-being. The 30 minute workout seems like it would be too little, but it's an intense 30 minutes that leaves you dripping by the end.

I have so much to plan in my life I didn't have time to plan my workouts too. I just show up at 630am and do it. If you want it to be harder or easier you just tell the trainer and they show you a modification. Love the group atmosphere too, I push harder here than I would solo at the gym. Great start to the day!

Did the three day free pass, started on my birthday week. I really enjoy this workout, as I can't just phone it in. Works on strength, and cardio. I feel like I did a good.workout afterwards. For 30 Minutes, I didn't think it would be... challenging or be able to get results.



I guess this place is, workout smarter not harder.



Which I appreciate. Now....!!!! I just need to work on the nutrition part of it. I did quit soda for a month now and quit smoking.... again 4/5 Months ago.

I work much harder in this 30 mins than any other hour long class I have done anywhere else. The staff are welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. Great place to go if you want results and are not scared to sweat! (I mean REALLY sweat).

I started at Fit Body to get my body healthier. I am on the path to that but Fit Body has given me so much more! It has refreshed my mind, body and soul. The trainers recognize your fitness ability and they work with you to better yourself all while providing constant support. At Fit Body, you never feel like you are going it alone, the trainers as well as your fellow boot campers are there for you, providing encouragement and guidance. This is more than a gym, it is a community! A community I am pleased to be part of!

I love this workout format and the trainers at this location are all fantastic. It's a great community of people and I find that this is the one workout I stick to and look forward to every day. Other gym memberships I just don't attend often enough to see results.

Another benefit to the Fit Body format is that you only push yourself as hard as you can. I started while still recovering from a shoulder injury and took it slow. I can now lift 10 lb weights using that shoulder �

I joined the fit body boot camp group because I was tired of getting gym memberships and never getting to go.i was a bit skeptical before I joined but when I did boy oh boy I had no idea I had such strength and determination within myself.i hated meal prep but soon noticed the changes with my body and the energy levels were off the roof as well.thank you Fit Body for a new me

The workouts fit well into a busy day and you can see the results with a bit on consistency. The support for nutritional changes, and positive attitude of staff and other boot campers is a great too! The approach really is about getting healthy in all the ways!

I came on a pass from out of town last Saturday and invited my niece from Edmonton to join me..the instructor was very welcoming to both of us! Awesome class..I had a great workout. Sorry to Sheena about the band incident, I really hope your fingers are ok.

Great staff and great workout. I love the fact that nutrition is a major component with their workouts and they ask about your food and seem to really care about your overall well-being. The 30 minute workout seems like it would be too little, but it's an intense 30 minutes that leaves you dripping by the end.

Great exercises, great trainers, tons of support and encouragement. I love that the workouts are always different and they show you how to do it. I have so much to plan in my life I didn't have time to plan my workouts too. I just show up at 630am and do it. If you want it to be harder or easier you just tell the trainer and they show you a modification. Love the group atmosphere too, I push harder here than I would solo at the gym. Great start to the day!

For the first time in my life I have consistently been working out for more then a year.I joined in Fall last year after buying a groupon.My goal at the time was to lose pregnancy weight but after working out with fitbody it made me realize fitness is not just about weight.I feel so much better after working out.

All trainers are great.Even in a group environment you feel like you are getting personal attention.They are responsive over email and very approachable.This is the first gym I have been to where I feel trainers really care about you and want to help you achieve your goals.Fitbody bootcamp is awesome!

First and foremost, I have never felt comfortable going to a gym to do a work out. One for my insecurities of not knowing exactly what to do and also the thought of others noticing that I don't know exactly what to do. I joined Fit Body Bootcamp about 6 months ago and not once have I felt any sort of insecurity. I love how the environment is always positive, the instructors are always there to answer any questions whether it be via email, phone or a quick chat before or after a workout.

These tailored 30 minute workouts have changed my whole outlook on working out and my insecurities....GONE. Thank you for giving me back my self esteem and pride in myself and my achievements. I am now sharing my passion of working out with my daughters and friends and absolutely loving this new found ME.

Did the three day free pass, started on my birthday week. I really enjoy this workout, as I can't just phone it in. Works on strength, and cardio. I feel like I did a good.workout afterwards. For 30 Minutes, I didn't think it would be... challenging or be able to get results.



I guess this place is, workout smarter not harder.



Which I appreciate. Now....!!!! I just need to work on the nutrition part of it. I did quit soda for a month now and quit smoking.... again 4/5 Months ago.



Trying to be really determined to stop feeling like a whale!!! Or look like one.



So...if thinking about trying this out, doit!!! Don't second guess.it.

This place!!! Fit body has changed my life. The trainers are amazing, the work outs are challenging and exciting and the people you meet make all the sore muscles worth it haha! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for something totally different from the gym!

My experience with the South Edmonton Fit Boot Camp was limited but very welcoming. I had signed up for a 6 week challenge at their new West Edmonton location & needed to do a body composition at their South location. Last summer a friend told me about Fit Body and what a great place it was. She explained it to me and I thought, oh I could never do that. She was so much younger and in much better shape than me. After 6 months of going back and forth on the website, I decided to buy a 5 week groupon. 5 Weeks, no commitment right? I walked in and was instantly greeted by Chantal, who gave me a quick introduction and I thought, holy crap, what did I get myself into. But it's only 3 times a week for 5 weeks right? I can do this, and if I can't, well it didn't cost me much. 2 months later and I'm still there, I'm hooked. 50 workouts under my belt, stronger, fitter, happier. This is not a GYM, it's a place I go to 6 days a week for 30 minutes and leave feeling better than I have all day. The trainers are fantastic, I've met some wonderful friends and people greet you by name, they encourage you, support you. You never have to think about what exercise you will do today, it's all planned out for you, such variety! It challenges you, you want to do better. I'm so happy that I heard about Fit Body Boot Camp. So try it out, you won't regret it and you will most likely love it!

I've been going to Fit Body for about 4 months now and I absolutely LOVE this place! The 30 min workouts are based on HIIT and Tabata training. They are challenging, fun and different each time and they go by so fast that I don't really have time to think about how tired I am. The best part is that workouts can be done by all fitness levels. All of the trainers are encouraging and great motivators. I also love that trainers provide you with nutritional advice. They truly care about helping you achieve your fitness goals and will hold you accountable to your progress. My 6:30 pm class fellow boot campers are also great. They have this amazing energy and everyone is very motivating and supportive of one another. It is so inspiring to see them work their butt in class. I love how committed they are, it definitely makes me want to work harder! If you want to get fit while having fun, SEFBBC is for you!

I've been a member here for two years now. The workouts are only 30 minutes, are different every time, and always challenging. Every workout is easily adapted to any skill level - whether you are just beginning or looking for something more advanced. With so many classes each day, I can almost always fit one into my schedule. It's not just about fitness, there is a nutritional focus too, and I've learned a lot!

The support from the trainers is amazing! They are all super supportive and encouraging, and they really want to see you succeed and reach your goals.

I never would have thought that I would find a workout that I wanted to do, enjoyed doing, and looked forward to every day.

I'm currently on a 60 day trial/challenge and I am loving Fit Body Boot Camp! Not only are the workouts challenging they are fun and different every day. The trainers are also very motivating and want you to succeed, it's a great atmosphere.



I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a good time while working hard and wanting to make positive changes both physically and mentally.

I was terrified to walk in the door and work out. The trainers and all the people who work out there were so fantastic and supportive. I love going now and the 30 minute work out is great. I have lost lots of pounds and inches and better yet gained strength and friends. I am so happy I walked in and joined a challenge!

I was feeling a bit bored with all the things I had tried to date and was looking for something new. Fitbody boot camp is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness program. The workouts are fast and challenging. The Girls Night out Contest seemed exciting and I liked how the program was all encompassing, fitness, nutrition, self-confidence and who doesn’t love style and fashion advice? And the cherry on top was a chance to win a trip for two! Are you kidding me! My competitive side leaped at the chance to be part of this amazing opportunity to better myself as a whole.
