South Family Dental

Resently, I changed my dentist to South Family Dental.
I found the place:
1. It made me feel as I went to see a big corporation with no humanity. If they had their name as South Corporation Dental then I would not have felt less upsetting when I did not get any welcoming family oriented service.
2. As I told them when I went to see the receptionist that I don't want to pay any extra money if they can not fix my problem since my insurance expiring, they still charged me. I flet as if they have tricked me because I did not asked all the right question when I first made the appointment.
3. That tricking and making me pay happen 2 times.

This place will walk all over you and make you feel terrible. 3 times I took all my family members there to get them checked out the doctor not even once came and said hello and welcomed me.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

The staff here are so friendly and kind. After my surgery they called me that evening to make sure I was doing alright. They gave me 3 ways to contact them and one if I had an emergency. They didn't direct to go to emergency if something went wrong like lots of other places. (nothing went wrong though :) they did a great job)

I have been coming to see Dr. Sharma since I moved to the SE 5 years ago. The staff are amazing and my hygienist (Lacey) is always friendly and does a wonderful job on my teeth. I would highly recommend coming here for your dental needs.

Just recently switched to South Family Dental. Really warm and friendly staff. Great clean new facility. Dr. Perry was fantastic. Such a breathe of fresh air to have a young energetic dentist! Probably one of the better cleanings I've had in my life! Thanks to everyone there!

Ok let me first start off saying I despise the dentist. Always have had horrible experiences. I was looking for a dentist as I had pain and sensitivity with one of my teeth. I looked at the reviews and called. From the moment I stepped into south family dentist I was surprising shocked at the amazing people they have. I truly felt comfortable and at ease?!! Who knew?! I had Dr Perry and Rose perform the dreaded "root canal" and honestly I was so impressed and absolutely no pain! Dr Perry is an amazing dentist and person. She explained and answered all the questions I had. I have finally found a dentist I can trust, and know my children will be in amazing hands in the future. Couldn't be happier!

So far stuff in front is really nice. That is all I can say.

Dr. Sharma and staff are the best. They made me feel that I am important to their practice and looked after me royally. Kaylea, the hygienist who did my cleaning was awesome, gentle, thorough and a true professional.

Just switched dentists after 20 years! Kaylea was my hygienist and she did an awesome job and was super friendly. Alex, at reception, was so pleasant and super helpful with all of my insurance questions. Will definitely be back!

I find the staff very pleasant, the office very clean & procedures are as comfortable as they can be considering I am nervous of Dentists. Over all a very well run practice.
