Highly recommend dealing with Rishi, he is quite patient & very approachable! I walked into South Pointe Toyota with very limited knowledge of new vehicles yet alone, purchasing one and Rishi welcomed my family & I and began assisting us. He was very informative when addressing each of the concerns my father & I had and also took the time to get to know us personally rather than just keeping things straightly business. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the service that was provided for me here, at South Pointe and with the new vehicle that I got to take home!

I have now dealt with South Point on 2 vehicles. Both times the team went over and above my expectations! I've dealt with a number of other dealerships in the past and the people and service ranged from ok to good. South Point is the first dealership that, no matter who you talk to you know hands down they are really there for me and willing to fight in my corner when needed.

Popped into South Pointe Toyota today on my way home. Been looking for a new SUV and hadn’t considered a RAV4 but thought I’d just check one out as I’ve been unimpressed by the other options I’ve seen.
Was met by a guy called Rishi, I came in with an aggressive budget (arguably to aggressive) but he handle it really well. We took a test drive, really knowledgeable about the vehicle. Came back and starting looking over some numbers. I’ll be honest, the deal was really good, and I enjoyed negotiating with him. Sale pitch wasn’t pushy at all, really felt like they were pushing to get me the best price. They we’re happy to accommodate some deal sweeteners as well. Had an opportunity to meet the sales manager there as well, he was also great to deal with. Really understanding of my position and what I wanted. Would highly recommend this dealership and the two gents that I worked with. We didn’t close the deal that evening as I’ve got a couple vehicles to look at still, and I always like to do my research but based on such a positive experience I’ll definitely be giving them the opportunity to get my business. Top guys! Top dealership!

I purchased my 2017 tundra in April.
I love my truck BUT on my first service aappointment I purchased what I thought was a premium detail package. I was expecting to pay around 250+ dollars.
Instead I got a sub par detail. I called to express my displeasure and was told I did not get the package I had booked and got a deluxe package and that was why i paid less than expected.
I pointed out that regardless of the package the work was shoddy and unacceptable. I even took pictures of the wax that was not removed and the spray left all over the dash.
They agreed and I rebooked another appointment having the work redone.

Now it's time for my second service, an oil change, lube and top up the fluids.
Easy.....far from it, Ii noticed a shimmy that was not there before.
I called today and was told they rotated the tires.....I had my winters installed last week at my favorite tire shop " Tire Pirates " and had no issue, no shimmy.
I'm now being told by South Pointe Toyota that it's standard to rotate the tires if they see wear, which is fair enough, however these tires came off a different vehicle and the wear isn't relevant to the tundra.
I'm now being told that I can bring the truck back in again, they will test drive it and see if the tires need to be balanced. If they do it will cost me $200.
Really????
My truck didn't shimmy yesterday before I took it to South Pointe and now it does and now I have to pay to have it fixed???
Then the young man on the phone brought up fact that they redid my detail and that was going above and beyond, I should be grateful for the customer service.....REALLY??? Because I did not buy or have South Pointe Toyota install my winter tires they will not fix an issue they created....WOW!
I am extremely disappointed with the service department as both service appointments have been failures.
I do not recommend the service dept. At South Pointe Toyota.

CSR Oliver Best handled my service request very well. I love the stand-up workspace in the waiting lounge, complete with office chairs and AC outlet to recharge your phone and laptop.

I visited the dealership and was greeted by Corbin. He took me to his office and went through an assessment of what I wanted in a vehicle and my price point. Along with another product advisor, Samuel, we proceeded to the lot where they showed me some vehicles with my specifications. I test drove three vehicles and bought one of them. Both Corbin and Samuel were courteous and professional. They provided me with information I needed to make an informed decision. They followed up with me after the sale to ensure satisfaction and to answer any additional questions I may have had. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was a Toyota South Pointe, the most faster and very good service. I am really happy with my new car. Samuel Santos did an excellent job he let me see all the good options they have, also had a time to test and explained to me all details you need to know about different cars and make sure you make a good choice, I also want to thank you Robert Chapman for your faster approved financing process. Thank you very much.

Not the first dealership I went to. One of the last I will ever go to.

I gave a two star ratting because of the second sales associate. He would have earned you a 5 star if I went with the Toyota.

A few issues I think management should take a look at.
* Was greeted and handed a business card before I even got 10 feet through the door.
* Just because you "sales" associate says hello first doesn't mean I'll buy from you. That's poaching sales and not cool.
* Let a person look at a few vehicles if they are obviously looking and don't really want a sales person around. Especially if they voice they are browsing.
* When I did I have a question the sales person in question was at the vehicle again. I asked a simple question, if better radio options are available. He didn't have the answer and suggested we go talk to parts and see if the part could be ordered.

I stopped at this point and another associate was shaking his head. He knew the answer and the entire time was in disbelief at how desperate to make any sale this guy was. He answered my question. I thanked him and left the dealer ship.

I did go back to get pricing information from the second sales associate. Unfortunately I decided on a different vehicle.

A prospective client should be greeted, left to browse or talk to a sales associate without pressure or being handed a business card before they've finished saying hello.

A prospective client should be able to get in and out of show room vehicles without being stopped every time they get out of one if they want to buy now.

Sales associates should know their product.

My husband and I recently financed a 4 runner from this location. These guys were so helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in till the purchase of our vehicle. We knew we were looking for a new vehicle but didn't think we would sign and give a deposit on the same day! These guys made it that easy for us especially thanks to Jacob ( sales associate) and Ryan who helped with all the financial aspect of things. There was not a moment that we felt pressured to buy. These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you walk out of their dealership happy and satisfied. We are glad that we came to this location and very excited and content with our new vehicle :)

I visited this located last night, as a family member recently bought a car from here and had a good experience. However, as soon as I walked in the door I felt ambushed by a sales person. He then then proceeded to awkwardly trap me in a corner, while asking me what I was looking for. I felt pressured to tell Mel, what I was looking for- but had to repeat myself several times, as I think he might have a difficulty hearing- which is fine, but made explaining myself very difficult.

I wanted to test drive the Rav4, like I have test drove similar vehicles at other dealership locations- but the whole process moved at a snails pace, despite South Pointe appearing not very busy. While testing driving the vehicle, this dealership was supposedly appraising my current vehicle...

To get the quote back, took again- forever, but not as long as it took to get my current vehicle's keys back! (Which I had repeatedly asked for several times). The value at which they would trade my current vehicle in- was ridiculously low, and they didn't seem like they wanted to work out any deals. If anything Mel became confrontational when I explained I was not satisfied with what he proposed.

I will not being returning to this location again, when I have received much better customer service at other places.

Not an honest dealer. Not accountable for their products and services. I bought a certified 2012 Prius and it looked like it had never been serviced in the previous 2-3 years. Mechanical documents mentioned air filters` change but when i checked them they had dirt and holes all over them as if they were the car`s originals from the factory. Initially, the accessory battery was dead and needed a boost for the test drive. The battery died again after the test drive while it had passed dealer`s certified inspection. They had to replace the battery; 1.5 year later the battery dies again if the car is sitting for a couple days. I took it to South Pointe Toyota dealer for warranty (the battery has 2 years warranty from Toyota) as they installed it; they charged me for the battery test and kept telling me that the battery is fine and further diagnostic is needed (about $150 an hour). I used a decent charger and charged the battery few times; it should take the battery to get charged few hours but gets charged in few minutes (impossible if the battery is fine). The battery is faulty and cannot hold the charge but the dealer basically refused to honor their warranty not accepting that their installed battery cannot hold the charge from numerous discharge. I would not trust this dealer and would not go there for service for sure.

The team at South Pointe were excellent. Went in knowing exactly what we were looking for. We were not pressured in the least to buy up. I didn't view Mike as a "salesman" more as an adviser of sorts. He got us a great deal on the exact car we wanted. And Rob in financing was incredible! Personable and sincere. I don't usually do reviews unless I feel strongly towards a business. I will recommend this dealership to any of my friends in a heartbeat!
Thank you South Pointe Team!
