Hands down the best dealership in the city. Service department is absolutely awesome to deal with. Very accommodating and all staff are very personable. Jenn was my advisor and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied throughout the repair. As part of diagnostics I did a road test with a tech named Ryan and he was also awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Bruce Wayne did an incredible job helping me find the vehicle I wanted. He had the answers to questions I had and made it a great personal experience.This was very important as I was looking for a truck that was personal to me. Bruce took the time I had not experienced with other dealers. He worked incredibly hard to ensure I was getting what I wanted and in the end I did. I would recommend to anyone to go see him and have the opportunity to experience what I did in finding my vehicle.

I went here to get a recall done on my 2010 Dodge Challenger RT, and they were very friendly.

I would recommend the shop. Very clean inside the building as well.

Overall was happy both airbag recalls were fixed, and got my coolant flush done too.

Took me awhile to do a review, my cell phone browser didn't like the link or rather i'm just terrible with cell phone tech. :)

State of the art dealership with incredible service. Wife and I driving across Canada thought we had brake issues so we popped into this dealership (part of our decision to choose here were the many excellent reviews). The service department lived up to the high accolades.

We were looked after and on our way within hours! Completely transparent and they delivered exactly as they promised on everything!

I bought a brand new Compass and had it factory ordered. It arrived faster than it was supposed to and was a pleasant experience. My complaint is with the service I received after I purchased my vehicle. Within a couple days I noticed that the moulding on the top of my Jeep was coming loose, I had to bring my Jeep in to get the protection package done so I asked Laurence if they could fix it for me at that time, he said sure no problem. I pick up my vehicle the following day and he tells me they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the part. Ok fair enough - so I bring it back a week later to get the moulding fixed. By this time the piece had fallen off completely and wasn't loose. So I pick it up the next day and again they weren't able to fix it because the part wasn't ordered. Why wasn't my appointment re-scheduled if the part was never ordered?That's 2 separate times my compass was in the service department and they didn't fix loose/missing moulding which should have been caught before it was picked up by me on the very first day. About a week ago I went into the express lane for an oil change and asked if they could fix the moulding while they do the oil change. I had a service appointment for the following week and was hoping they could just get it done with my oil change. They did get it fixed this time. The girl who helped me with service said she would cancel my service appointment and never did. I originally owned a 2014 wrangler that I traded in for the new compass. Since purchasing the new compass I've received text messages from sales people asking me to trade in my old jeep and buy a new one. It's very obvious there is a lack of communication within this dealership and the service has been less than stellar considering I had to bring my Compass in 3 times in order to fix a piece of moulding.

I'll start by saying that too be honest, before I went to visit the dealership I was wary of the reviews. I thought, surely they can't be that consistently good. I can at the very least say that my experience was excellent and I wouldn't be surprised if that feeling was mutual. Normally my impression of car dealerships, especially in Calgary isn't that great. I have had a fairly sub-par experience with another dealership in Calgary.
I started off by reaching out to the branch as I was interested in a Jeep. They put my in touch with Chris. I was on the fence at first as to whether they could actually make a deal work for me. I had a fairly strict budget and didn't really have much room to move on it.
After discussions with Chris via email I came to the conclusion that I didn't have anything to lose. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment to go into the dealership. At this point, I wasn't expecting it to come of anything, too be honest I thought he would tell me my expectations were pretty ridiculous. But Chris was of the same mindset as I was, if we can make something work, then we will make it work.
To cut a long story short, I picked out a car and then we spent an hour or two discussing prices and managed to come to a deal which we were both happy with.
Then I came back in a few days later to sign the paperwork with Brittany in Finance. I have bought many cars in my life, so normally find the finance part really irritating. But Brittany was very informative and not too pushy on the extended warranty. She went over the benefits with me in detail and wasn't shoving it down my throat like some dealerships do.
They even had the car detailed for me and did a fantastic job of that.
The reason I doubted the other reviews before I went to speak to Chris was because not many people ever seem to say anything negative about this place. But after my experience, I don't even have one negative thing to say. It really pains me to say that and this is probably the first and last time I'll write a review and not have one negative thing to say!
Therefore I have to give everybody from reception, service, sales and finance 5 stars.

Our family decided that it was time to look for a smaller vehicle. We looked around on different websites at a variety of vehicles. Since South Trail Chrysler is close to our home we thought that would be a good place to start. We were contacted by Roger and made an appointment to see him the next morning. He was very polite. On time. To the point. And we felt he tried to do his best to find us avehicle that would suit our needs and last us for a long while. He showed us a 2016 Cherokee and it didn't take long for us to sign the papers. Roger was awesome to work with. He is honest and trustworthy; and he was there to help us every step of the way.
If we are in need of another vehicle and Roger's still in business... we will definitely go back to him!

I am very pleased with the whole process and the care and attention I received from everyone I dealt with. Particularly Nathan, the sales person who guided me through all the twists and turns we had to go through to get the purchase done. His ability to 'connect' with me was surprising because I'm 70 and he's in his early twenties. He listened carefully to my questions and concerns and always came back with the right answer. There were some things he didn't know which he freely admitted. He just excused himself from our meeting and came back with the answer. No BS, which I really appreciate in a sales person.
He also noted that I was quite excited about getting a new car and managed to arrange delivery sooner than the anticipated date.
All in all, an excellent job done.

I did not purchase my truck from this dealership however, I took it here for some warranty work, sunroof, map lights & key fob. I was treated like a long time customer. All the staff including the shuttle driver were very pleasant. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. They called me when my truck was ready and they explained to me over the phone what was completed. They never tried to up sell me on anything. I have to admit I was shocked about how pleasant my experience was with this dealership. Best dealership experience I have encountered!

Beautiful dealership! Roger was incredible with helping me into my new vehicle. He was very patient with me and discussed everything thoroughly. Darrin made the financing aspect super easy and I'm SO happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. My experience was a bit out of the ordinary, the staff had no obligation to help me - however they immediately made me feel at home.
Long story short, I ran out of gas as I was rolling into their parking lot. I went to the service desk and the ladies working there were more than happy to help! Within about 10 minutes someone brought me enough gas to get to the station.
The building is spotless.
The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful.

Great job South Trail, service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. Thank you!
