The service staff at south trail Hyundai always go above and beyond! Best customer service I have ever encountered at any dealership, hands down. They are efficient, friendly, and super personable. They get the job done and do anything they can to make it special. My car is always returned to me with a complimentary wash, and I never have to wait long for service. When I did have to have more major work done, they provided me with a brand new SUV for the weekend while they worked on my car, and on short notice at that. I will always bring my vehicle here to see Andrew and the rest of the service department. Thanks for everything you guys!

I was out shopping and noticed my tire was flat. Drove straight there. They took me in right away. Did the bubble test and checked everything out. Couldn't find anything including any damage. So they filled it up and sent me on my way. No charge. Then a couple weeks later same thing. I was just about to go to work and my husband ran my car over to get it filled before they closed. Hoping this would get me to work so I could get this taken care of When I had more time. Took it back in a few days later. Again no appointment and no problem. Andrew helped me out again. Was just as concerned as now he's seen me 3 times for my tire. They put a new valve stem on for me. Took it right off the rim. Checked the whole thing. Finally found what looked like a piece of a sewing needle in the smallest deepest part of the tread. Filled hole. Re-sealed it. And sent me on my way again. NO CHARGE. I guess I can't expect to get away without a bill every time but I can't thank them enough for just showing a little kindness and genorocity. Every time I've walked into a dealership I feel like I prepare myself to get ripped off. It's like they see a girl coming and the price and time go up 10% min. This dealership wasn't open when I bought my car. But I will be going there from now on! Thanks guys for seeing a person walk through the door and not just dollar signs. :)

Alvin at South Trail Hyundai was very polite and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle.

Best service I have ever had at a dealership. I found that Andrew, and all the guys are really honest and straight forward. I am not a mechanic so when I asked questions they explained it to me in a language I could understand. They were straight forward and told me what I absolutely needed to do but also made recommendations for things that will need to be done but not immediately. At no time were they ever pushy. If you are looking for a great dealership for outstanding service, I would definitely recommend South Trail Hyundai.

I have had my vehicle in three times with warranty and recall issues. Andrew, and the dealerships service department has always treated me with the utmost respect and super friendly at every visit. I enjoy the hospitality and casual conversations. They are eager to accommodate me with their shuttle service when I need a ride. They are always prompt and efficient with any mechanical issues that needs to be repaired. I highly recommend them based on my experience and the well maintained maintenance of my vehicle.

At first I was a bit skeptical due to the lack of feedback from other customers but that was understandable since this dealership is fairly new. My sister was looking for a new vehicle and we decided to check this place out. Best decision ever! Alvin and Katie were very professional and made us really comfortable. No hassle, no pressure. Alvin is very diligent and he makes sure that all the bases are covered. Katie made sure that there were no grey areas. Overall it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

I brought my vehicle into South Trail Hyundai on July 11, 2017 and from the moment I arrived was very impressed. The service advisor, Andrew was polite, informative and quick to help me. My vehicle was returned to me quickly and to my surprise even washed. After meeting the Service Manager, Chris Lindsey it's easy to see why the service department is as good as it is. Took my vehicle in for an oil change, the service person I dealt with was great! When I booked my appointment they told me to expect an hour but it only took 30 minutes which was awesome. However, everytime I've gone into a Hyundai dealership to get any type of service they have always washed my car, cleaned my floor mats, and wiped down my dash. None of that was done at this location. It looked they ran my car through water but my car looks just as dirty as when it went in.

Dan, Victoria and Sarah were the perfect team in helping me get into my new Hyundai. Dan really helped in getting me in my perfect and ideal car and Victoria was there to deliver the car to me, she was one of the kindest sales executives I've worked with and I would recommend everyone I know to see her. I did have a few problems with one of the other managers but Victoria really got my mind off it and on my new car! Thank you so much to Dan and everyone who helped.
