Just pie up new Forte. Ha was an excellent salesperson. Very knowledgeable on the various products. Took the time to learn our needs, budget and purchase time line to make sure we did not waste time with model or trim levels we were not interested in. I have just purchased a 2011 Kia Soul. Picking it up tomorrow. Although I wasn't sure if I could manage it, the great staff at Kia helped me make it happen. Can't wait... to see them all tomorrow and drive away in my Kia Soul!!

We went in not sure what vehicle would be the right fit, and the team took their time to work with us and find the perfect vehicle. Very pleased with the service and "non-pushy" approach! We were never rushed and were provided non-stop info throughout the process. Highly recommend this dealership and Kirk/his team.

Amazing experience at the dealership. Our sales person Mikhail, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being like a "sales person". I felt I could trust his advise and knowledge. He made the process of trading in our Honda Pilot seamless and gave us a great deal. Same with the purchase of our new "used" vehicle. His attention to detail in preparing our new vehicle was exceptional! I have never been presented a used vehicle with such an amazing job on the detailing and fixing minor issues. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect and easy upon pick up, with two young kids this was a huge relief. This is the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle and this is my 4th purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership but in particular Mikhail as a sales person to deal with. Shimpei was our finance person we dealt with at the dealership also, he was amazing too, explained everything in detail and got us a great rate. Great job! Very happy customer!

Scott Rogozinski at South Trail Kia was fantastic. He went over all the details of the vehicle while we looked, and again at the pick up. I was very impressed with the indoor delivery space to go over the vehicle and set up the options. Scott even looked ahead and booked the first service appointment, which is just one less thing for me to do later. One friend in particular has had her eye on the same vehicle, (which I didn't know about until we had ours) since our family is so happy, I'm sure she will be in to do the same soon. Everyone at South Trail helped me to make sure I didn't have to wait, and every staff member was friendly, which gave me the feeling like it was not a stressful place to work, and they actually co-operate as a team. Feeling the love at South Trail Kia.

From driving to northwest to south to see the car at south trail kia that we bought.. I would say it is very worth it to come and spend time with Mikhail(product specialist) who shows his ability to us. We are happy to have guy like him who advise in every manner.
Being a new with this country, we experienced such good advice . Mikhail helps us out from the starting to end with our car deal.. i would say this is the best thing ever happen with us to buy our first car with him . From now on in future for our next car , we will defiantly stop by with Mikhail for good advice.
