Dr Hong Yan is an amazing acupuncturist for a variety of ailments. I came to see Dr Yan for hip pain and within a couple of treatments it was healed.

I continued to see Dr Yan for gasterial issues which also after 6 months was corrected.

I am now seeing Dr Yan for hormonal treatments on a monthly basis which has helped me transitioned nicely into menopause without any need for hormone therapy.

I am constantly recommending Dr Yan to a variety of people as I truly believe in this healing modality.

From my very first appointment with Dr. Hong Yan I felt I was in safe and capable hands. I’d never had acupuncture before but she explained everything so thoroughly that my mind was quickly put at ease.
My first visit was for carpal tunnel syndrome, a condition my medical doctor had diagnosed would require surgery, but imagine my delight when after only 6 treatments my hands were back to normal! Well, that sold me on the benefits of acupuncture.
Since then I have had the pain of severe spinal stenosis completely reversed and went from walking with a cane to running about the yard with my granddaughters!
Last year I developed Bell’s Palsy and was told it would take 3-5 months for my face to be regain the use of its muscles. But Hong treated me three times and that was it, back to normal!
Recently I developed a lengthy bout of digestive issues whereby I could keep no food down and had incidents of unexpected purging. My medical doctor ran every test possible but found nothing amiss. Then, after a particularly unprecedented bout of purging, I contacted Hong. My Heroine came through again, completely ending the illness by treating diaphragm spasms!
I recently teased her that I believe she is a mirage worker, which might just be a bad thing since I might start to think I’m invincible!

In January 2018 I was diagnosed with Dystonia (muscle spasms disease). My Dystonia was caused by prescription medication (cholesterol med). In February I completely lost my ability to speak! My friend suggested trying cbd oil to help relax the muscles so that I don’t experience severe spasms. Yoga was also suggested to me, Sahaja Yoga, so that I could learn how to relax my whole body to relieve the spasms. Both of these have helped me, yet I was determined to find other holistic treatments that would help me.
While surfing the internet for more information regarding Dystonia. Dr. Yan’s name came up, as I read her many credentials, I noticed that one of her many specialties was Dystonia! I emailed her immediately and explained my situation to her and advised what I was presently doing regarding holistic treatments. Asked her if she could help me. Her email was very encouraging, booked an appointment and met with Dr. Yan.
Dr. Yan is very kind, understanding and cares about her patients very much. She always greets everyone with a warm and welcoming smile. She listens to my progress and issues that I have experienced between appointments. Acupuncture has given me back my ability to communicate with people.
