Fantastic service. Jason and his team here saved me! My water pump was leaking and not only were they able to get me in same day, they had a loaner car there for me to use so I wouldn't be stuck! Would recommend for anyone looking for an A+ mechanic and service shop. Will be back again for any other problems!

I've been bringing my car here for about 5 years and have always left happy with the level of service and information provided about my vehicle. The staff always tell me honestly whether a problem needs immediately attention or if it can wait awhile; they explain the checks that were done and give me an idea of what to expect in the future. There are never any surprises or pushy sales tactics given either!

Jay was super helpful, very informative and thorough. Easily the most personable and respectful mechanic services I've had the need for. I went in for rear brakes and differential leaks, Jay broke down what I needed and it wasn't brakes at this time - even though he could've easily said "you should do the brakes"....
He quoted me a price, didn't deviate and laid out exactly what was needed. Will definitely go back to him again for services.
The courtesy vehicle was definitely a huge bonus!

BONUS - Southeast Auto has 3 loaner vehicles when they need to keep your car for longer repairs (not oil changes and the like) which is indicative of the excellent customer service they provide. I've worked with Jay and Fidel who are both stand-up guys and really focused on providing excellent customer service. I've tried other mechanics in the area, but I tell everyone to try Southeast first. Thanks guys!!

Southeast Auto Service is hands down, the best automotive repair shop I have ever visited. The owners, Colin and Mary, are unbelievably friendly and kind. Their attitude trickles down to their manager, Jay, who has an amazing knowledge and passion for vehicles. He treats you with immense respect and refreshing honesty. Very impressed with the customer service and turnaround time!! Jay was very professional in the way he helped me understand the work that was done and with any future repairs and work that I would need in the future. I didn't feel pushed into having anything done right then and there, and I was even given timelines as to when the future work may need to be looked at. I will definitely be referring this location to anyone needing vehicle repairs!

I took my car in last week on an emergency basis for a grinding noise which I though was in the brakes. Jay, the manager is fantastic. They were able to get me in ASAP and figure out what the issue was. I was also even given a loaner car free of charge as it took a couple of days to figure things out. The cost also ended up being even cheaper in the end, which was a fantastic. Nothing but great things to say about this place and the manager, Jay. It's nice to have finally found an auto shop that really cares about their customers! I will definitely be back for all future vehicle needs!!

Integron has been my go to mechanic shop for some time now. Everything from major work and the regular oil changes. With experienced and driven technicians in the shop, and Jay's outstanding customer service this is by far the best shop I've found in the city. There's no pushy sales tactics and no marked up prices, just a genuine shop dedicated to keeping you on the road.

Fast friendly service, I had fun here - no really I did! These people are knowledgeable, helpful and no pushy salesman tactics. I totally recommend them for all your vehicle needs. They even make a call back a few days after your appointment to make sure everything is working properly, that's service you don't often see these days!
