Beauty time! Came in around noon to look at a car and we got everything sorted out and I was on my way before 5 o'clock. Energetic and easy to deal with staff. I would buy Volkswagen again!

Nicky and Jason were fantastic to deal with. This is my second purchase from this dealership. They accommodated to my needs and had a loaner for me during the last couple days as i waited for the new car to arrive. They always updated me with the vehicle production/ when it landed. 10/10 would recommend

The sales rep I dealt with was Jordan, who was very helpful in making sure all my questions were answered. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to up-sell me, just very straightforward which is a huge plus in my opinion.

Once I Jordan and I had made a deal, it was on to the finance guy Seth. I spoke with Seth over the phone and found that he did try to up-sell which isn't so bad on its own, but when I clearly told him I wasn't interested he continued trying to convince me (huge peeve of mine, if I say no, it means no). To his credit, once I was actually back in the dealership to finalize the paperwork, he didn't bring it up again.

Overall I had a good experience at VW and Jordan was great. Seth was less than great because of that one issue.

Jordan A. Was incredible to deal with! We have been car shopping since March (since the car show); and we had the opportunity to meet Jordan there. He was patient, informative and a true pleasure to deal with. He broke any stigma we had in car salesmen as he did not pressure us in the slightest and let us make the decision based on what was right for our family and budget (he was also willing to work with our budget!). I would recommend Jordan to anyone who wants a positive experience buying a new vehicle! Southgate was great, always willing to help, attentive (we were always asked if we could be helped)! Best car buying experience we have had to date! And thanks for always making my kids feel special anytime we went in!

Had a good experience here. Aaron was the sales person who we dealt with. He wasn't pushy or over bearing. He was honest and friendly. After a long day of test driving cars and visiting other dealerships I was done with the whole car buying process. Had a terrible experience at another dealership and just wanted to be home. I was willing to go back another day to continue my search. Aaron was straight forward and we never felt pressured to buy a car from him. The finance manager was also very helpful as she had noticed something on my credit check that was a negative point and notified me of this issue something that another dealership didn't even bother to tell me about. The whole staff I met with was friendly and open with us. Next time I need a car I will most likely return here.

Very friendly group. Scott definitely worked hard to get my business. I walked in wanting a green Beetle and am walking out with new blue Bug.. Which, too be honest, suits me much better. Pleasantly surprised by the panoramic sun roof.

Best service ever! I was worried about getting my car fixed since you go in for one thing and you find out 10 things were wrong. Southgate VW were super friendly and helpful. Ryan explained and helped me understand what was wrong and what they fixed. Even as I was waiting for my vehicle to finish there was a customer who was less than savory. I was amazed at how professional the staff where when this customer was completely rude. There was no reason this person had to be degrading to the staff. After dealing with it Ryan was able to bounce back to me clam and collective. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

I was in for service yesterday (Monday), sitting in the upstairs mezzanine waiting. I must commend the patience and professionalism of the service team. The young lady in service, along with her manager handled an unreasonable, rude and disrespectful customer extremely well. I have to admit, I feel this customer spoke to them the way he did because they are women, and that is unacceptable in this day and age, and I really feel that he was aggressive and out of line.

After working for years in customer service myself , I think people often forget that in order to receive the best customer service possible, they have to start by being a good customer!

I've dealt with Aaron Krusch on numerous occasions and can definitely say that you will for sure be 100% taken care of. I was offered a fair amount for my trade in (high end of black book value) and the sale price of the vehicle I purchased was also excellent. Extremely professional and not greasy at all. If you find a better deal somewhere else, just bring it to Aaron and he will try his best to beat. Any promises made were always carried through. Would definitely buy again!
