My experiences with Southland Technical Services has been wonderful and awesome. The people are knowledgeable and easy to talk with on the phone. The Tech guy was able to diagnose and solve the issue with my appliances. I highly recommend this Company.

I was given a specific arrival time, and the technician showed up on time both times. The first time, he came out to diagnose my dryer but didn't have the parts so we ordered them. When they arrived, he came back to install them and while the dryer was open he vacuumed it clean inside. Thanks for the great service! I appreciated the very professional service.

Technicians were completely useless, we told them exactly what was wrong with our TV and what needed to be fixed. They came to our home, stared at a blank screen and said everything looked fine without any testing, once we showed them by turning the thing on they diagnosed it incorrectly and said it was to expensive. We asked them to try just replacing the part we knew would fix the issue, which they had there with them, and they were too scared to do it because if it didn't work they would get in trouble for some reason I can't understand.

A waste of our time and useless technicians who at best offered us a shrug of the shoulders and poor excuses.

Fixed the power supply board for a 20 thousand dollar flow meter for a small fraction of what the manufacturer wanted. Had the part available and the skill to get it done in 2 working days. Was referred from another electronics repair shop in town and it was my only option I knew of, and I was impressed.

When I called LG to have someone come by and look at our washing machine they told me it would take a week to get a technician here. So I called Southland Technical Services and they had someone here in 2 days. While the technician was here he noticed how load our dryer was and recommended someone take a look at it. So I called a week or so later and again a technician was here and fixed our dryer. Excellent customer service with both the office and technicians!!! Thank you.

I had an error code on my LG fridge and sent an email for a repair quote. Southland Technical Services provided great troubleshooting advice before quoting the job. It turns out, that I didn't need a technician! I appreciate the honesty and integrity! Thank you!

After being referred to this company by Sharp for a tv that is less than a year and a half old. I sent a video of the problem to this company. I was advised that there would be a service call charge and was fine with this. The tech came and did nothing but charged us the service call charge and told us they would call back the next day with an estimate. The next day, I received a call to arrange another service call. When I informed them that it was already done, I was told that the parts were no longer available and that the part would be $1305. If the tech actually did something, I would be fine. But when he diagnosed the problem just by seeing the same video that was sent to the company, it doesnt seem right.

I was having issues with my Panasonic TV sensor not connecting to either of my remotes.
The Panasonic support website provided this company's contact information so I emailed the issue. I was impressed that they tried to assist be via email and later called me to help diagnose the problem.
The is happens randomly so there was not much that could be done unless the sensor completely fails - but if it does, I will definitely be using this company to service my TV.
