Unreal service department! I brought my recently (within 2 weeks) purchased 09 Touareg in because it wasn't blowing hot air, the check engine light came on, the oil pressure sensor light was on and the oil gauge wasn't working. Not only did they diagnosis a whole lot of other issues, the Service Manager went above and beyond in helping sort out the issues and scheduled me in to get them all resolved.



10 out of 10 for the service department and I will absolutely be recommending Southlands to friends in the future!

I recently had my tires changed out and Lorne went above and boyond! He offered to drive me and my toddler in our SUV to drop us off somewhere more comfortable while we waited for the service to be done, so we wouldn't have to switch out the car seat. He drove us and picked us up when it was ready. The service was fast and the staff followed up with a phone call to make sure the service met our expectations and that we were happy. Great job Lorne and staff. Thank you for taking care of us!

I recently dealt with Marc in the service department, and I’m still so pleased with my experience! The previous advisor was very intimidating and pushed for services I couldn’t afford. He also never mentioned when there was a promotion running at the time of my service. Marc however is the exact opposite! He was so nice to deal with and made sure I was okay with the additional work that needed to be done. He also made sure I was aware of the current promotion for free roadside assistance and the free first aid kit that came complimentary with my appointment. I am excited for our next encounter, keep up the great work Marc!

Years ago I got a truck through Southland VW, the two I dealt with on the sale were good however, as soon as the truck left the lot within a day its throwing codes. Once the weather turned a little cold (-10) the engine would go into limp mode and I couldn't get over 30 km/h. So I bring the truck in under warranty to which they wanted me to pay around 260 bux to scan the truck....I refused as the truck was under a "lubrico" warranty which was useless. I get a call that the truck is finally ready and that they couldn't figure out what the problem was so they added a half tank of fuel and let it run and if it happens again to call them. Well 2 hours later it happens again, I called and left a message but didn't get a call back, called the next day, day after, sent numerous emails, text messages and voice mail messages. Days turned into weeks and the truck sat in my driveway as I'm making payments on a lemon. They outright refused to fix the truck so I stopped paying for it at which point it was repossessed (understandable) after reading numerous reviews, posts on social media as well as word of mouth, those of you lucky enough to not get shafted you're lucky. I'll never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently dealt with Marc in the service department, and I’m still so pleased with my experience! The previous advisor was very intimidating and pushed for services I couldn’t afford. He also never mentioned when there was a promotion running at the time of my service. Marc however is the exact opposite! He was so nice to deal with and made sure I was okay with the additional work that needed to be done. He also made sure I was aware of the current promotion for free roadside assistance and the free first aid kit that came complimentary with my appointment. I am excited for our next encounter, keep up the great work Marc!

Years ago I got a truck through Southland VW, the two I dealt with on the sale were good however, as soon as the truck left the lot within a day its throwing codes. Once the weather turned a little cold (-10) the engine would go into limp mode and I couldn't get over 30 km/h. So I bring the truck in under warranty to which they wanted me to pay around 260 bux to scan the truck....I refused as the truck was under a "lubrico" warranty which was useless. I get a call that the truck is finally ready and that they couldn't figure out what the problem was so they added a half tank of fuel and let it run and if it happens again to call them. Well 2 hours later it happens again, I called and left a message but didn't get a call back, called the next day, day after, sent numerous emails, text messages and voice mail messages. Days turned into weeks and the truck sat in my driveway as I'm making payments on a lemon. They outright refused to fix the truck so I stopped paying for it at which point it was repossessed (understandable) after reading numerous reviews, posts on social media as well as word of mouth, those of you lucky enough to not get shafted you're lucky. I'll never recommend this dealership to anyone.
