So far so good! Warren has put together a great team and the 6 week challenge group is fantastic. The recipe book provided is an awesome go-to. Really enjoyed the pancakes and love that I’m not left hungry. Great workouts and always changed up. I’m excited to see my results after 6 weeks. I’d definitely recommend Southpaw to anyone that’s interested, who needs a change, and is committed to putting in the effort. You definitely get the whole package here.

Not like any gym i’ve ever been to. People are friendly and talk to each other, staff is consistently supportive and motivating and it’s a great work out! Highly recommend for anyone but very well suited for those starting a weight loss journey or looking for a fun motivating experience or a great stress relieving activity.

I went to my first Beginners’ class at the start of the month. Southpaw let me try a class out for free to see how I liked it. Instantly hooked.



The staff are fierce, friendly, and supportive. They’ll work you, but cheer you on the whole time and celebrate when you push through.



The community that I’ve experienced thus far is one of a kind. Genuinely cool and approachable people who love that you share their passion and want to see you succeed as much as they want to succeed themselves.



This is a unique and special gym/club. The sense of dedication, commitment, and pride to the discipline of boxing hits you as soon as you enter.



Try a class. The only thing you’ll regret is not going sooner.

I started with the 6 week challenge. I had been trying to lose weight on my own and failing miserably. I needed something that made hold myself accountable and excite me enough to stick with it. I started on a whim and never expected how much I would enjoy the process. I've signed up for a year and continue my weight loss journey knowing that I will be successful with the help of all the trainers and other members of this gym. I can only say, this is an amazing gym with amazing people, I consider myself lucky to count myself as a member!

I signed up for the 6 week challenge. It was so good and intense but I got results!

The trainers were very hands on and will push you when you need it but also provide you with positive support. The group of people in the challenge are so supportive and positive! Also help with any meals or tidbits. The meal plan was awesome as well.

Overall it is just a great workout, atmosphere and community. Recommend anyone to give it a try!

Due to family and personal reasons I didn’t finish my 6 week challenge. But I’m so proud of those who did. Sometimes it’s not even the lweight loss that’s the biggest challenge it’s the dedication through the ups and downs of the getting healthy journey. And for all of those that did that you rock ! Seriously be proud and if you didn’t lose the 25 pounds don’t even think about that. Look at your mental capability look at your physical and mental strength 6 weeks ago vs now! Never forget that nothing good ever came easy. Be proud of yourself compliment yourself and best of all be kind to yourself.... and that is why I love this place. I can feel the positivity, the strength and the love from all directions. The coaches are not only great at what they do, but they are great support for those days when your feeling down about your choices in regards to health lifestyle or maybe slower progresses whatever it may be. Single mom of two kids, with health issues that created a 50 pd weight gain and honestly Iy was devastating, I went from running 10km easily and lifting heavy and strong to barely being able to get out of bed in the morning. When I first started I could barely finish one station but with the love of the coaches and other members I got through a full circuit without stopping and given my health 5 months I didn’t think I’d see a day where I could walk up the stairs without crying let alone be physical again.



Come check it out, I mean think of it this way you gain strength, confidence, self love, muscle mass, and you lose fat, negative self image and possibly a shitty I can’t do this attitude.



Can’t wait to start again Monday !! I love Monday’s especially now, without southpaw I would’ve been spending my Monday in bed and not in a good way in a I’m in pain can’t move way
