Rolend was a wonderful guy to deal with and went way beyond expectations while offering an amazing service and helped out making a choice for a new vehicle. Went into Southtown Hyundai as a three time Chrysler girl tried and true! Sat down with Kyle and now I'm driving a Hyundai Genesis!! Love how this car handles and the power behind the car! It's been 30 years or so since I purchased my last new vehicle. The process was quite involved compared to a few decades ago however, Simon was patient and helpful throughout. He also detailed the differences between the car models I was interested in as well as a general overview of some of the others. I would definitely go back! October 20, 2017 update: Service department has been great! Oil and tire changes have been efficient. Shuttle or rental service has also been pleasant and trouble free.

Richard Mason attended to my appointment very professionally & was able to take all information about the insurance coverage, document it & have it processed to my satisfaction. Loaner vehicle was a bit of a wait due to rush of customers at their busiest time but nonetheless very efficient.

All repairs and replacements needed were done in a very quick manner and I got my clean car back as promised!!

I will highly recommend this Hyundai service location for service.

I always feel like royalty coming here. The staff always treat me so well and exceed my expectations. Their shuttle driver even lent me his umbrella the other day . How kind ! I also always feel safe bringing my car here . I never feel they are out to take my money like a lot of mechanics do. It's rare to feel this comfortable! I love the experience 😊👍🏻

Fast and friendly service. Had a full detail and repair of rear view mirror added last minute which they also took care of on top of an oil change and sunroof maintenance, even though they were already busy. Will continue to use them in the future.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Southtown Hyundai. My overall experience was great, but Ian, the finance manager was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to find me something that I liked for the price I could afford. I will definitely be going back in the future when I upgrade.

I purchased a brand new Sante Fe XL in mid 2015, and have thoroughly enjoyed the vehicle. Solid brand, and build quality, exactly as Consumer Reports and others have suggested.

But best part has been service and followups received from Southtown Hyundai. Booking service appointment is easily done via email, so I can do on my schedule. Drop off, and pickup of service loaner is quick and efficient.

On each service visit, followup has been excellent. I get a call as soon as vehicle is ready. The service advisor recommends possible other service to consider, or what tech has found. I appreciate that for some people this feels like being "worked over" for more repairs, while I view it as making sure you are aware of potential issues, and a lot of times I say no but may keep in mind for future if I see value. The dealership appears concerned about how to get better, or at least maintain excellent service quality, and surveys sent after each visit.

Key point - I feel like they are looking out for my best interests and opportunities to keep my vehicle, and potential resale, at its peak.

As I bought my vehicle for the long terml (between 5 and 10 years) I want to know someone is going to work with me. I'm very happy with the relationship thus far!

Great customer service with a personal touch. In all my experiences with the service department they have always gone above and beyond to help me out. I actually purchased my first Hyundai at a different dealer years ago and found that Southtown was far more interested in client relationships. So when the time came for me to trade in for a new car Southtown got the business. Textbook business 101.
