SouthWest Shore is a Bare Land Condominium development, 78 acre parcel of land that is located directly on the South West shore of Lesser Slave Lake, approximately one kilometer west of the Hamlet of Joussard within the Municipal District of Big Lakes. SouthWest Shore is primarily virgin Boreal Forest with a large variety of natural flora and fauna.
The property geography is typically a gentle slope from the South property line to the shore of Lesser Slave Lake on the North border. The North border of the development is 848 ( + \-) feet of Lesser Slave Lake lakefront. SouthWest Shore will consist of twenty-two (22) individual surveyed acreages that will constitute the Bare Land Condo Development and managed by an elected Board made up from the membership.

Green spaces within the development and community area and along the length of the shoreline are incorporated into the design. The shoreline will not have acreage development over any length or section, but instead will have lake access for the whole of the membership of SouthWest Shore. Included in the shoreline development will be access to install and maintain a seasonal dock system. This area will also include a large day use area that will be inclusive of fire pits and picnic tables for the use of the membership.

The infrastructure of access roads, acreage approaches, underground power and municipal water and sewer services are installed to the property line of each of the 22 acreages.
