Starting a new project today. We designed it with the client and they are very happy with it. We start on the concrete today. Stamped concrete with a boarder. Lights will run in the boarder and on the composite deck. Built in fire pit. cedar pergola. Excited to get this project under way.

The Ives deck is almost complete. Still need railing and maybe some skirting. But this deck looks amazing. This is a entertaining deck. Sunroom with a hot tub and vinyl to keep it sealed, then out on the first level with will act as a main stair and future bbq area. The Lower level will be setup as a lounge area with most likely a fire pit, massive sectional and maybe a swinging chair??

Not every project starts right. It’s important to do your research and hire a reputable company with a good history. These people hired a company for $15000 to build this deck and structure. Nothing was done right with it and not even 5 years later, we are in to rebuild this properly. It was falling apart. I will post progress pictures and the finished deck.

When I had the Ives call me. They knew what they wanted from a deck. They told me they built the house for this deck. They’ve been waiting over 5 years to build this. I couldn’t have been happier to be part of this masterpiece. They did a vinyl deck on the right where there will be a full enclosed sun room and a hot tub!!! And then out on the main deck to a double boarder to really bring this deck to the next level. And this is only the first stage. There will be a lower deck and a grand staircase into the yard and we’ll finish it off with some aluminum railing. I can’t wait to see the finish product. Stay tuned! I love having great clients!

One of my favourite jobs this season. Amazing client. I just love the clear cedar t&g soffit. What’s your thoughts! Do you like vinyl decks? Dry spaces under the deck? Sunrooms? Built in bbq??

Another one bits the dust. I don’t like to brag, but I can’t help it with these amazing deck builders we have on staff. They cut no corners, spare no expense to make sure they are happy with the deck and proud to pass it over to the clients.

Stopped by to see the progress on this job. It’s coming together nicely. Client seems happy. Can’t wait to get the sealant on that patio. Deck, patio, fence and full landscaping!

Removed this old broom finish fire pit and added a newer updated and cozy one.

Brown pressure treated, lapped board fence. Post were put in at 4.5 ft to help make this fence last the test of time. Leaving until sept to stain. I’ll add more pictures of the finish job. Oh and yes. That is a multi court.. basket ball, tennis, volleyball, skating in the winter. To be so lucky.
