Spacemakers is a full service construction company established in 1984, and has served the Calgary and area market for over 30 years. Spacemakers has completed a wide range of projects over our 30 year history ranging from renovations and additions, to ground up construction of buildings of over 60, 000 square feet.

At Spacemakers our preferred delivery method is client focused, performance based Design Build. Our experience has taught us that the Design Build approach delivers distinct value with excellent success due to the high level of collaboration between the owner and the builder through the design process.
