Spaceport

Ah, the nostalgia. I missed their old GameCube games but they still have a fun and entertaining place to enjoy and learn a bit about space.

We ended up here, because we had a long layover during a trip to Vegas and were looking for something to do without having to leave the airport or venture to far off the path.

First impression was that the place was difficult to find. It is located on the 3rd floor in a tucked away location and more importantly is on the wrong side of security for those waiting for connecting flights. It is more convenient if you are coming to take a flight out of Calgary to come a little bit early.

Service was good, they just had somebody waiting at the front desk to welcome you in. Since there is not cost, free is always an excellent value even if you enjoy it. Plan to spend 1/2 an hour to an hour depending on your interest level.

I would characterize this as mostly for kid's, and would not recommend unless you are at airport for another reason or have nothing better to do.
