Took son with friends for the first time for his 15th B'day. The staff, pit crew and atmosphere was most excellent. Could not have asked for a better first time experience!

We will for sure will be back and I may even have to try it out! 😉

This place is amazing. The staff are very friendly and safety comes first. Very clean facility. Once you get 10 races under your belt you can test for PRO SPEED. The karts are super fast. I highly recommend Speeders for any outing.. Two thumbs up!!

So much fun! Best place for Go-Karting - hands down. I won't go anywhere else. Great rates too.

Front staff was exceptional!! We were there first time and only thing I found which could improve would to get wifi for people waiting for their friends or kids to finish. Aside from the clean building and safe atmosphere I would come back and race forever!!!

First time to race e-Kart yesterday. That was so much fun and it was faster than I expected. I love it.

This is our first time in go kart we really enjoyed it we’re now addicted in go karting specially my son we will comeback for sure.

It was a good time and my family loved it. I found some of the course was too narrow and created anxiety when going around the corners in fear of someone accidently bumping into you even if you did stay left, wasn't much room for someone to pass.

We also lost our wallet in a locker and asked for a staff via phone to look for it and told them which locker it was in. They came back and said they couldn't find it but would call us back as soon as they can. 3 hours later nothing so we went back and walked straight to the locker we had. Thankfully it was still there. This then tells me they never looked for it or even cared if someone would of stolen it. A little concerned. Realize they may have been busy however there was over 6 staff members on, possibly someone would of cared enough.

I'm on holiday from Belgium with my 16 year old twin sons. We thought it might be fun for them to go. I opted for the 3 races at 46 dollars but they charged 10 dollars each to create a profile and we won't be going back. I thought they'd get a card or something at the end, but no, feel ripped off.

When they have 12 racers it is way too many and you can't even really race because someone is in your way or you're in someone else's way. They need more staff during the weekdays and somehow 2 guys got to do all 3 of their races just them 2 while I spend $15 bucks to get told to move left constantly or someone is in my way and won't move over. I had fun when there was 6 or less but it is a lot of money for what you get. Especially when there are a lot of riders. It's more of a piss off then fun at that point. So depending on who is racing with you it can be really fun. But for the price I am not sure it is worth doing more than a few times.

Very disappointed this time out to Speeders. Our last race we got 3 laps at full speed and the rest was caution the entire time. You guys have to many people in races and do not remove the people who crash EVERY LAP. The manager on duty was not helpful at all either he just told us to email the company because there was nothing he could do... Some business model to leave 6 customers completely unsatisfied. People don't like to pay $60 for a membership and 3 races to not get the races they paid for. I don't think any of our group of 6 will be returning.

Staff at check in was great but was very discouraged with the pit crew. Our 15 year old daughter was kicked out of the race 30 seconds in due to someone else hitting and pushing her into the sides. She was treated very poorly in our opinion and was quite upset. Requested a refund but was told that was not possible. Found the pit crew rude, immature and on a power trip with the use of their signs. I understand the importance of safety however it was clear that the use of signs was not meant for safety purposes but to belittle the younger riders.

The facility itself was nice and the idea is great. This poor rating is mainly due to treatment from staff.

Worst customer service ever, asked to talk to a manager twice well stopping in because nobody answers the phone and apparently they are always “too busy”

Very disappointed... Came to Calgary for couple days... have a lot go kart exp., but need 12 races to get full power on kart! wtf guys? At first race first 3 laps get walking speed power and after get more power - but not enough to enjoy, still slow - can use full throttle full lap - dont need any talent or driver skills. Pay 130$ for 1 race for 2 people for 3 races but after 1st race ask money back... 12 races to get full power - this is stupid idea.

Terrible, go carts do not go anywhere NEAR the speed they claim they go, as soon as you get even 15 feet close to another cart they slow you down with their remote control so no way of passing anyone. Waste of money, even worse they make you BUY a year membership. The gas powered go carts at Shakers are MUCH better

Staff was horrible to deal with. Drove down from Red Deer for a prebooked appointment and was hoping my 9 year old could participate but she was too short, this did not discourage her though because there were lots of fun loonie games to play. We took our $20 over to the change machine and the machine did not work it wouldn't even accept our bill. At this point I asked my bf to try it, thinking maybe it was user error but it wouldn't accept his $10 bill either.

So I took my $10 bill to the front counter and asked the girl politely if I could have 10 loonies. She told me NO that she does not have loonies. I just walked away and couldn't believe how rude she was.

After about 20 mins of sitting around and my daughter being truly bored I decided to dig 8 quarters out of my wallet and thought surely that front desk had to have at least 2 loonies to spare � Boy was I wrong once again she tells me NO they have no loonies, so now I ask her how is that even possible ?

She says well people like you keep coming over asking for them and I replied well you have a bunch of loonie games and your change machine doesn't work, what do you expect. ?

At this point I told her to call her manager, which she did but before he got to the front she opened her till drawer pulled out ( omg can you believe it) 2!!! LOONIES!!! � lol

Tosses them at me and says there now I only have one. �

I seriously can NOT believe how ignorant this girl was. Maybe don't offer games if you don't have the change to support them or fix the dang change machine!!!!

Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

Beyond terrible customer service. Not welcoming at all. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. Have more fun riding public transit.
