Speedtheory Calgary

Would not recommend buying anything here unless you have to. Their return policy and customer service are no where near that of any other shop in the city. I purchased a very simple part and I was sold the wrong type by one of their mechanics. When I came back to return the item they would only refund me half of my money because I had opened the packaging and the mechanic blamed me for not specifying. However the Bowcycle mechanic that helped me with the same part opened up the packaging and made sure it would fit before selling it to me and the price was only half what speedtheory was charging.

Baffled that there are shops that refuse to accept returns on their mistakes and make excuses over $15.

Nice little shop. Won't be back. I had the distinct impression that I was inconveniencing the staff. Customer service? Not here.

Bike is now ride ready. Went over bike geometry and my riding for a computer fit. Efficient and effective. Thank you Rory.

Great shop and friendly service. I bought some new cleats and asked if they could mount them (on a shoe I didn't buy there) and they did at no charge.

An excellent shop that provides great service, for the following reasons:
- they are very knowledgable
- they follow-up when they say they are going to for service or parts inquiries
- they're workmanship for repairs is excellent
- they are nice to talk to
