Speedy Collision

Worst service ever! My boyfriend has been dealing with Speedy for 2 weeks now. They had initially quoted that it would take 7 days to have his car ready. We called 7 days later to find out they NEVER ordered the parts yet! They said the guy looking after us had been fired the following day of us dropping off the car. So we asked them to supply a rental car as we had only worked out with friends for a week worth of rides. The owner REFUSED to help us with a rental and said he would do nothing about that as it wasn't his fault the car isn't ready. I'm sorry but how is it not your fault and with out that not even call us to let us know there has been a delay. So now he said they would order parts and it would be ready in a week. That would be today. We call and the car is still not ready! They said it would now still be another week! I guess they just received parts and "it will take time". This will have now made it a total of 3 weeks without a car when originally promised it would only be 7 days. I am absolutely outraged with Speedy for their lack of service. I would of at very least appreciated a phone call about the delays they have had.
