Staff lacks professionalism and were extremely condescending.
I went in to have a windshield chip repaired. I left my vehicle for an hour. When I returned to pick it up, a staff member told me that it had been previously filled, when I have never had it filled before. Myself, my daughter, and my son in law were all in the car when we got the chip driving home from Edmonton. The way they spoke down to me as if I was stupid was disgusting. The staff member I dealt with was condescending and rude.
