I went in for a rock chip repair and the experience was fantastic! I was greeted right at the door and they had my car in right away. I was told it would take about 40 minutes but it only took about 25 minutes and the repair is great! On top of that they wiped down all my windows and even vacuumed my front driver and passenger side floors! I got coffee and cookies while I waited and when I left an employee took me outside to view the repair just to make sure I was totally happy with it! This is definitely the place to go for quality and friend vehicle glass repairs!

As much as I dislike leaving a negative review for anyone, I feel this should be known. I have a shattered rear window in my car that, of course, I'd like to get repaired as soon as possible for the sake of security, let alone visibility (and aesthetics.) I called this Speedy location as they are near my place of work and I had hoped to drop it off and pick it up later. The lady who answered was friendly enough, but I can't say as she was at all helpful. She told me she could neither quote me nor give me an ETA on when they could have the part ordered or installed as it was not loaded into her system yet, so therefor she couldn't do anything at all and suggested "Try calling back in a few days and maybe it will be updated by then." Obviously, I do not want to wait a few days "just to see", I would like to have this repair done! I did try to help her by asking if she was able to call the supplier directly and find out, but she still insisted it would take a least a few days to know anything and for me to try calling back. I called two other glass replacement companies, both of which only needed me to supply my VIN for them to provide quotes. I think this Speedy location needs to work more at training their frontline staff in how to pursue information if the regular method isn't immediately working, for the sake of good customer service.

The staff were helpful and friendly! Very simple process to get a chip repaired, no hassle.

Called for a quote and was given the most ridiculous price for my 2013 Dodge Journey $568?????... every other place I have called has been at least half the price if not less than half the price. Absolutely ridiculous and a total rip off, when I questioned the price, I was told it's because they give you new wipers and 3 free fixes for chips etc. I have already replaced my wipers and they were not 100 dollars each. I will never get anything done with Speedy.
