Dear everybody, Spirit Staffing just let me go today all because I was concerned about safety in a particular job which by the way was optional to do and luckily I didn't show up to it. I came to work for this agency because I was promised a regular fulltime job in an indoor environment and I did not recieve any warehouse work. I saved myself and anyone should do so too. If you don't care what type of job you do then this is the agency for you. happy new year.

Fine in the beginning when they had a long-lasting contract with ADM. But after that the jobs were less frequent and lower paying. Often getting dispatched to crappy night jobs with Scraper's Edge without much noticed, so often expected to work night jobs completely sleep deprived. But the biggest problem there was one of the women, TIna, would often "forget" things and screw me on my pay. One time, she simply "forgot" to check her e-mail and input my hours and her excuse was "My friend's baby was in the hospital." And that's just ONE example. This has happened far too many times. Instead of correcting the situation right away, I simply had to wait an extra week to get paid. INCOMPETENCE! This is why I will never return to this agency for work ever again.
