We have had nothing but great service from Sponsor Energy, what began as a rather frustrating experience with my bill being withdrawn from my old bank account and information not being relayed properly has ended quite the opposite. Michael McOuat has truly demonstrated what good customer service is. From working with me on dates, correcting wrong information, and being extremely patient as we got what happened sorted out, he was nothing but patient and made sure that I was satisfied with the end results. I am extremely pleased with the service I have gotten from Sponsor Energy over the last 3 years and highly recommend this energy company as the only energy company you should be using!
