Went shopping to the Women's Sportchek with my daughter on Sunday, we were shopping for basketball specific sneaks. The girl in shoes that helped us was Awesome (cant recall her name), smart, patient, educated us and gave us a discount to make our whole buying experience an amazing one. We bought 2018 nike black hightops sz 9. And will come back for more when we need more gear. Thx youuuu 🏀

My customer service rep bravely scaled the mountain of shoes in the back hoping to acquire my 9-1/2' Nike's. I feared the worst when 30 minutes had past and he was nowhere to be seen. Then suddenly he burst through the doors with an obvious smirk of satisfaction at a job well done only to find his customer waving at him walking out of the store.

I've been to this SportChek twice in the past year and had bad experiences that I've never had before in my life. The first time an employee walked away from me the first time when I asked to use the change room for a shirt.

Today was waiting to buy a jacket and waited in the line for a few minutes while the only 2 staff in the store apparently were $&@)ing around with some guy trying to return something. No eye contact with me or saying "we'll be right with you"...so I calmly put down the shoes and walked for the exit. Just then a man walked in and one of them said "Good morning" to him. I guess he showed me, I thought that was quite petty but funny, nonetheless!

I'll never go to this store again, I''ll stick to the Stephen Ave and Westbrook Mall SportCheks.

I had good service at both shoe and hard good department for badminton racquets. Girl helped me find stock for high end unstrung racquets for another store. I would totally go again.

Great cycling staff, Hannah and Allan, and manager Rhonna. Took care of my bicycle issues so all I have to do now is enjoy the trails with the family. Thanks!
