Staff is usually pretty attentive and is quite helpful. This location is usually pretty quiet. It's nice to come here to just look around, as well.

The staff at the service shop ruined my boyfriends bike instead of fixing it...

Everything in stock seems to be very low quality. The bikes carried here seem to break constantly. Want to go for a ride on a nice day? Too bad! You bought a bike from sport chek and everything is broken. I've bought cheap ones and expensive ones here before and experienced nothing but problems. It's all just walmart quality but for double the price.

The shoe selection process is weird too... wish you could just grab a box like you would at any other store. Gotta have someone who works here grab one from the back each time you want to try a pair.

The line at the till usually takes some time.

By far my favorite sporcheck store.. every store is a bit different in terms of merchandise, but this location is fairly good
