Employees don't really know what they're talking about and most of the time they're just talking to each other.

Their Diadora house brand is great ­¤æŹ­¤Å╗good quality and decently priced.

Employees were no where to be found on the floor. Most were sitting behind service desks chatting. I went into Sport Chek with the full intent to buy a running accessory that was in stock as per their website. I just needed someone to show me where it was. I ended up leaving empty-handed, would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Bought skis from them. Great customer service from Arseny and knowledgeable staff.

Terrible.... All I wanted was directions to ski pants area. The employee was completely clueless and vaguely waved me in different directions. Basically said they didn't have much. I left and won't return. Unhelpful, unintelligent and indifferent

Too much interactive stuff for a sports store. I'm a techie but it's not necessary in that kind of environment.

Staff are not available. I've been there a few times but I always wonder "where are they???" They are either too busy looking after inventory or helping other customers. Can't multitask.

Good store, good products, but not the best.
