I like this outlet, staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike the encounter I had at Sunridge Mall. Keep up the great work!!

NEVER shopping at sportchek again!!! WORST customer service. WORST business methods!

Where to begin, first I purchased something online (3 pairs of shoes) and I chose to pay through PAYPAL.

What a nightmare. Instead of just one simple transaction SPORTCHEK decided to make multiple charges and then refund/credit those charges throughout the delivery and receiving process. In total what should have been one or two transactions turned into 7 transactions!!!! I had received the items and was still seeing charges on my account even 3 days later.

So, once I was all nice and confused by SPORTCHEK. I went to the Stephen Avenue location to clarify the charges. I spoke with the MOD "Jen" and explained the situation and wow was she a piece of work. She said, "since we are not affiliated with the Online portion you can only use the phone for 5 minutes to call customer service"

I find it hilarious that she thinks she is not affiliated with the Online portion of Sportchek and yet customers are able to perform returns/exchanges from products purchased online.

In conclusion, WORST business methods and WORST customer service from of course, a manager. I will never shop at Sportchek or use PAYPAL services again.

Good selection, and convenient location but customer service is hit or miss. Staff more interested in having conversations among each other than asking they can help you with stuff

Staff at gold shop almost nonexistent and not very helpful. One change room in the golf / hockey floor is rediculous. Staff were busy putting up sale signs for the next day but wouldn't give me the sale price.

This is a smaller than average sport chek that is tailored to the downtown working adult needs. If you need specific items you might want to try a sport chek in a different area. Not a. If selection of children's items.

This downtown location is so conveniently close to my place of work and always surprises me with their cheap deals. Just yesterday I needed bike rain guards. I had to ask the friendly staff who got me a great flashy set from storage with lights that looked perfect for my bike. I was prepared to part with the $40 for the set, but they were on special for $20! I have bought countless hockey water bottles from them for $3!

You can buy here a lot of different stuff - prices are friendly. I enjoyed the welcoming from representative and nice design.

Middeling quality of products that cost too much money. Your better off shopping for sales at the nearby outdoor stores like Patagonia or MEC.

Love the design of the whole building. Awesome staff too.
