Acupuncture is an ancient holistic practice of Chinese Medicine that involves the insertion of superfine needles into specific points on the body. Acupuncture can treat and prevent diseases and bring an overall balance to the body. Acupuncture addresses not only the symptoms but the underlying cause of the disease or pain. Acupuncture works by stimulating and promoting the body's inherent healing abilities.

I am a graduate of the Acupuncture program of Reeves College with distinction and fully registered, licensed and insured with the College and Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta. I provide Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, acupuncture, Ghu Sha, fire cupping, tuina, and electro-stimulation. I can also provide counseling based on your diagnosis for recommendations of take home foods to eat, avoid and other lifestyle changes or modifications that will benefit your progress to self healing.

Acupuncture is a safe practice with the use of single use, sterile needles. Many people ask will it hurt, or tell me they are afraid of needles. Did you know that acupuncture needles are very fine and eight of them can fit into the syringe your doctor gives you when doing a vaccination or taking a blood sample. Many people find it virtually painless.
