We had a credit with them when we moved into Mahogany and we received fantastic service and great products

This was our first visit and won't be our last. Great service and friendly staff. A big shout out to Nora for all her advice and help with the trees! Also to Sid on the tree counter!

This place is fantastic! Nora really knows her stuff about her plants. The service was exceptional, and the knowledge even better. I will definitely come out of my way to shop here in the future!

This garden centre is a must for every season. I live in the NE and bought my beautiful Cardinal Royal Mountain Ash from Spruce it Up. They were very helpful, friendly and professional to work with. I find the best selection of flowers and plants here, be it annuals or perennials. I also listen to the owner, Meryl Coombs’ radio show on Sundays so I have learned and grown in my plant hobby because of his experience and advise.

The best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Oh, the plants are pretty good too!

Spruce it up is my go to place when I need just about anything for my yard or for landscaping. Their annuals baskets are so full and colourful. If you’re trying to “keep up with the Jones’” I highly recommend going here!

My favorite place in Calgary, I really like the classes they offer, not expensive and I learned a lots I am there also their garden decoration are amazing, you can visit this place in Summer and in Christmas time

I went to Spruce to purchase chemicals for my backyard pond after my expensive in-line UV filter broke (I mistakenly bought it from an on-line retailer , it was under a year and they didn't honor the warranty). Meryl and his team recomended I try live plants to control all that alge and green-gook that builds up. Its been three months now and What a difference!! The water plants have flourished, they are feeding on the pond and other than adding fresh water and weekly cleaning of the filter it has been WAY less maintenance than the chemical regiment I was following at a fraction of the cost of the UV filter. I'd share a photo but I don't this this forum allows. Thanks to all at Spruce !! What a fantastic team !!

I love going here all year around! In the spring and summer they meet all my gardening & flower needs. In the winter...well the store turns into the north pole and meets all my Christmas decor needs!

I always enjoy my visits here. I love the green house part where all of the spring flowers are - after this "forever winter" - It's glorious to be in so much colour and green. The seed selection for me is the hardest part...so many seeds so little garden space (the common refrain from every gardener I am sure!) All of my trees have been purchased from Spruce It Up - all are healthy and thriving. And I especially love the kitties that pop up when we are visiting!
