They've given me better produce than I could ever find myself. Also they're other stuff is really quality too. Like the laundry powder. Also the occasional freebie is a nice touch. I'm glad that the deliver guy rings my doorbell so I know it's arrived!

Spud has been a life saver for me. Starting a few years ago, it became difficult for me to get groceries while pregnant. I've been so pleased with the customer service I've been provided. If ever there was a mix up, Spud has gone WAY above and beyond to make up for errors. If something happens to slip through the cracks and isn't of great quality, a few clicks and buttons and voila! They refund it. No waiting in line to be that snobby woman at costco or superstore complaining that your watermelon was bad. If it weren't for Spud, my family truly wouldn't be able to eat any decent food.



I do miss the actual experience of going to get my food sometimes but that's not really Spud's fault that I'm not up to the trip.



Occasionally a few items might cost a tiny bit more through Spud but seriously, who cares? If I were to go into a store to purchase those separately, I promise I would spend the extra $$ on gas or other items from the store. In the long run, it saves me $$$.Not to mention the fact that they fully deliver it to my door. For someone with a rare disorder that impacts my ability to get out and about too much, this makes it so I can actually spend my time out of the house doing things with my family instead of just getting food.
