We order from SPUD regularly! We love the service they provide and the little things that make the transaction feel personal. Their prices are competitive and their products have never failed to impress. I highly recommend SPUD!

The best one stop shop for all of my organic and limited ingredient clean eating needs. Better prices than the grocery store and eliminates shopping at multiple locations, some of which are far away. Freshest produce ever. Cold and frozen goods arrive in that state and delicate goods are packed safely and separately. This has become my first stop every grocery day. I sure don't need much from the grocery store anymore! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with the company!

SPUD has the best service and the produce is always so fresh! My favourite items are the local ones, particularly Jacek chocolate bars (it's almost a problem how much I like these). Thanks for doing what you do.

Our house loves SPUD! Prices are reflective of the market, quality and service. Our deliveries are always spot on and if an item is not available for whatever reason it was subbed for something similar at no charge. This has only happened once in the several times we've ordered. Because we are buying what we need fresh & more often we find we are wasting less. Every product we've ordered has been top quality & I love the improved website, referral incentives & that new items are added regularly. Highly recommend.

Ordered here twice so far and my items always arrive well-packed! And My pistachio ice cream is as if i just took it out of my freezer. � love the products, delivery and service!

Just received my 3rd box of organic goodness! We have vegetarians and a vegan in our house. I LOVE all the options. I find the prices so reasonable and the fresh produce is second to none. Everything is ripe and flavourful. Great weekly sales too! And the free delivery. Omg! A game changer. Cause who’s got time for that. �����

I've shopped at Spud for over a year, and I find it is a great place if you want local, organic food and have some one deliver right it to you. Excellent!

I placed my first order and got my stuff on Friday. I am so happy with all the stuff. It was all so fresh. Makes it very easy for a busy mom with 2 very busy kids

I just received my first order after some confusion over the delivery power for the course when you live in the North. Everything is amazing. I was actually inspired to cook dinner. The customer service went above and beyond to grasp the logistics. I think that we have it figured out for the future. It’s nice to have some specialty items this time of year. The freight charge was about the same as bringing an additional piece of luggage - a win-win for me.

I am a huge fan of supporting our local farmers and being able to buy fair trade, organic products. The bonus is they deliver it right to my house and office! Now I do not have to worry about wasting time in a busy grocery store. I can make an order whenever I want and I know when it will be delivered to me. Very helpful on my busy days I have a healthy snacks in my office that I can grab and know when I get home my groceries have arrive. Big time saver!

Great service. The website is easy to navigate and finding the products you want is quick and simple. You can update your order if you forgot something or maybe don't need that item anymore. They provide a text service to confirm when the box is delivered! Fantastic! The perishable items are packed in cooler bags with dry ice to keep them cool so if you are at work you won't come home to spoiled meat or dairy! Everything I have ordered comes as described on the website, and tastes better than I could have dreamed of. I will never shop at a grocery store ever again! This is like having the farmers market deliver to your home. Fresh, local, organic happiness �

Got our first order yesterday...I cannot believe how BEAUTIFUL all the fresh produce is...just gorgeous!!!

Got my first spud box yesterday! Great products! Great choices and selection!!! So happy with it! The petit pot vanilla yogurt is one of the best yogurts I've ever Had!!! Very impressed! Will recommend to friends!!!

got my first order today, how are bagged peeled carrots organic? Not sure what I am supposed to do with so much parsley either, disappointed in the amount and variety.

Wow! Worst ever. Delivered to the wrong address, charged twice for the same order, shorted items but was still charged for them and the "customer service" is a joke. Called several times to complain, but no one returns calls. First and last time we will ever use this service. Be warned!!!

Really disappointed with my first experience with Spud!Despite receiving a confirmation email on Friday morning to say my order was on its way, it never arrived. Finally got hold of customer services who were very unapologetic. Such a shame as had this worked, I think I would have used you almost every week as I was keen to support local farmers and growers and the "convenience" appealed. Not so convenient when your food shop fails to arrive! Shame.
