I love spud. I have never received a bad produce order. They really do pick the best stuff and the prices are very reasonable. They have great selections including pet food. I would highly recommend SPUD. Why wouldn't you have your groceries delivered for the same price? Seems logical to me.

Great delivery service and efficient customer service .Definitely recommend trying it if you don't have time or want to carry your heavy groceries .

Beautiful, fresh & local produce, excellent customer service and so convenient - I get all my groceries from here and wouldn't go back to regular grocery stores.

I would give zero stars if Google allowed me to. Horrible service and lack of respect for their customers.

I have so far been very pleased with the company. I like that I can change my order a number of times during the week. They have good value for their produce and I love that I have the option to shop local. Their point reward system is also a motivating factor to stay with them since it saves me money. Being able to feed my family healthy food that is also affordable is a plus.
I would like to see more variety in some of their sections such as the number of brands offered for cleaning products. I also don't regularly buy from their bakery because I find their sweets cost quite a bit. When I have, it's all been delicious!

Started out great, since Christmas there has been continuing issues with what others are describing. Issues can be resolved by friendly agents on the line but it's become more of a hassle to get groceries with spud what with misc charging errors, product pricing errors; it may be something with their electronic payment system. It would help if they fix it soon as they boast on helping their customers who are time-poor but having them call in every time there's a glitch on their system destroys what Spud was attracting in the first place.

Love/hate relationship with Spud. When things go well it's prefect, but lately though it's been pretty bad, bad quality items, charging double and forgetting items in your box. Although they get back to you quickly with a resolution it's a hassle....When they figure their stuff out I'll be back, until then I kind of prefer going to the Farmer's Market...

I do not normally write reviews but Spud.ca has some issues that people should be aware of. It's a great idea but a poorly ran business. First: Spud charges a $5 deposit for bins they leave with you. I returned 6 bins and asked the driver to record the amount. He said it's done automatically. Spud refunded me for only 2 bins. Two: Be aware that Spud uses a 3rd party for all of their billing, so your information is being handed off to a 3rd party. The Spud website can and has submitted incomplete information to this 3rd party who runs the incomplete information which fails resulting in a non-banking service fee. Spud forwards any chargebacks to the customer but cannot supply proof of said chargebacks, as it is not from the bank but a 'penalty' from their 3rd party. Three: Orders can be incorrect but little can be done. Four: Notifying SPUD of issues results in a less than 50% chance they will get back to you, and if they do it usually takes 7 days.
After experiencing all of these issues, I feel that until they have a competent business model, they should be avoided.
