who we are. . .
Formally the St. Albert Figure Skating Club, the St. Albert Skating Centre was established in 1978 with the purpose of providing skating programs to serve St. Albert and the surrounding community. For the 2011-2012 season, we will be operating out of the Troy Murray Arena in Servus Credit Union Place.

our goal. . .
To deliver effective and efficient programming that meets the diverse needs of our community. We offer Learn-to-Skate Programs (Pre-School, CanSkate & Adult), Powerskating, Learn-to-Figure-Skate (Jumpstart), and Advanced Figure Skating (Junior, Intermediate & Senior Academy). We are a Skate Canada affiliated club and follow Skate Canada coaching and testing procedures.

The St. Albert Skating Centre was pleased to achieve the highest percentage increase in CanSkate membership in the province in the 2007-2008 season. In the 2010-2011 season, we had just under 500 members. Thank you for your patronage and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the future!

We also would like to congratulate our Junior, Intermediate & Senior Academy skaters who proudly represent St. Albert around the province.
