Just want to send a quick note about my service call yesterday. The service guys were terrific and very friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and I left feeling very satisfied about my vehicle. I bought that X-trail 12 years ago from you folks and have been extremely happy over the years....sad I can’t buy a new one!

I was in the Dealership twice this week. Monday I came in to get a new battery for my remote. I waited just 5 minutes for the new battery. Wednesday, I came in to the Dealership to have my Pathfinder serviced. This was completed in 45 minutes. Right from the time I drove my vehicle into the Bay until I left, I was treated in a very courteous, efficient manner from all of the staff.

During the 45 minute wait, I noticed all customers were treated with respect.

We visited the dealership the other day to have our versa re-keyed. We were happy with the service provided to us. We originally purchased our cars from Fish Creek Nissan, and have had nothing but bad experiences with them. Because of this, we no longer go to them for anything car related. Hello, I thought I would take a minute to comment on my service experience during my visit in April when I got a set of new tires installed, some windshield chips fixed and had the recommended fuel injection service completed. From my arrival at your Service Dept. in the morning and when I picked up the car in the afternoon, I experienced a definite “Customers First Attitude” from everyone I was talking with. Particular mention should go to Robin Oneil in the service department. Even though it was quite busy at the time, I was checked in, had questions answered, and on my way to my meeting downtown with your service loaner without delay. Also, Shirley, your colleague on the service desk, whom I have dealt with many times before is always a pleasure to talk to and handles the final invoicing and payment very quickly. I have worked in a senior management role for a major energy company, which includes a large customer service component , here in Calgary for many years. Having colleagues working for you such as Robin and Shirley who display the “Customers First Attitude” when performing their day to day functions will go a long way to ensure that Stadium Nissan continues to have loyal customers that will return to purchase new vehicles down the road. Keep up the good work!

I did want to pass along my thanks to Brett who was my service contact in the morning. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. I've been impressed by the service the past year or so at Stadium Nissan. There were a couple of years a while back where I was so disappointed in the service but lately the improvement has been wonderful. You seem to have a great front desk team that takes customer service seriously and we as customers appreciate that very much. PS Has Nissan thought of employing a couple of folks to do courtesy quick washes on cars. It would provide employment for a small group of people and would go a long way in the extra service touch that all customers are looking for. I know that some other dealerships offer that as a courtesy to their customers.

We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new to us vehicle from Stadium. Every part of our interactions were positive and seemless. Selena was amazing to work with in getting everything we needed in order to drive away. Tim did a phenomenal job going through the vehicle before we departed, it was easy to understand and covered all aspects we needed know. Excellent work they did on my 2012 Rogue. I have always been so impressed with this dealership, since the day I bought my vehicle there, a few years ago. Excellent service always! I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and clients.

If i could give many more then 5 stars i would!! Had horrible experiences at other dealerships, they put my mind at ease at Stadium Nissan. Everyone i came in contact with talked with me and laughed with me made my day much better. I have told everyone i know if they are looking for a new car please go to stadium as i promise they wont be disappointed!!! Thanks for everything:)

Just wanted to compliment their staff after my visit today. I had been to a tire place in Northland with a flat tire and they pretty much laughed at me saying maybe in 10 days! Just too busy with snow tires. I did manage to get it fixed by going someplace else and getting it changed to my spare then going back and dropping my tire off for 5 days to get it fixed then picking it up and going back to the other place to have it put on. Unbelievable. Then a month later I had the tire warning light go on and I stopped by Stadium Nissan and wow the service was incredible! And within 20 minutes they had it tested and fixed by putting more air in it and checking all the tires. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and treated me like a valued customer! Just had to say I was so impressed after having been almost laughed at by other shops. And when it's -30c outside and only one vehicle I was desperate to get it looked after.

I was happy with the service I experienced on Friday. The response was prompt and courteous. The repairs were done at no charge and they did a good job. I thought it might be an expensive repair but they were able to remove the damage at no cost. I was provided with a reasonable quote to replace the 3M covering, if necessary, but I am hoping it won’t be necessary. The damage is barely visible as the technicians did a good job of removing the paint and smoothing the 3M material currently in place. I was pleased that they were willing to try a no cost alternative first before making the repairs and with luck the 3M will hold up when the winter weather comes.
