Stampede Collision

Josh and the crew fixed two of my vehicles this year. They did a great job. Josh was a great point of contact, and any concerns I had he listened to and addressed to my satisfaction. Highly reccomend.

Everyone at Stampede is so friendly, and polite, and on the ball getting everything you need done quickly and correctly. Highly recommend to anyone!

Our family has used Stampede Collision for many years now for auto body work, mechanical repairs, and tires. We have found Lawrence, Bobbi and the rest of the team to be very service orientated, practical, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Stampede Collision.

Not even the bare minimum let alone above and beyond. Very disappointed and I should have known better my gut told me right away find somewhere else after this guy promised me the moon. Unfortunately I was forced to bring my truck there because of 3rd party insurance paying the bill. All I can do is put out the word better off to look elsewhere. The manager/owner (not too sure of his position) but he was something else. My sense was he wouldn't be fun to work for. The employees reflected a real negative energy when he came around. The quality of the work didn't standout. What did was the fact they did no preventive work. The spot rust next to the panel replaced will certainly rust back. Literally they just had to prep and extra 6 sqinches on a $4000 job. Didn't notice the missing grommet till I got home in better light but am I surprised....Not at all. This is a real review, unlike the fake ones posted. There you have it, you have read a real experience.

I just dropped off my car there for repair after a collision, I decided to go here even though it was far from my house, purely because of the reviews. The staff were very friendly and overall was a good atmosphere. I already had a rental car arranged, so instead of making another trip back and forth, they offered to keep my car there until it's repaired and have a employee drive me back home across the city. Very convenient for me and great service! Only reason I'm rating at 4 right now is the person doing the estimate said they would let me know the status by end of day yesterday and I still have not heard back.

I will update this rating once the repair is done to see how that side goes but so far so good!

Update 03/13/2017:
Received the car back last Thursday and the experience was excellent! Received communications throughout the process and the work was done on time as they communicated. Felt a little rushed at the end signing papers with the front desk, but one of the senior staff there sensed my concern and slowed it down to explain all the documentation, repairs and answer my questions! Please make sure you carry on this attitude with customers and don't lose sight of it, really appreciated and distinguishes your shop. So far repairs are looking great and no issues.

Small issue with my wheel lock key being left in my trunk instead of back in the storage pouch (which I found between my front seats). Was banging around back there until I found out what it was. But no big deal.

Will definitely recommend!

Used both their service and auto body shop. Work was done very well, and on time. The staff are friendly, and skilled. Location is extremely convenient for me too.
