He could answer every questions about the car in detail. He put good effort to get us a good deal and our prefered colour. James from finance made all paper work easy for us. We bought the car for our daughter and are happy with the safety features in Toyota Corolla LE CVT. One suggestion for Toyota car maker is to include blind spot blinker. Purchased our 2018 Rav 4 at Stampede Toyota with Terry Kennedy. Terry was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about all the aspects of the vehicle and was very genuine throughout our interaction. He responded to my questions and requests promptly and when I came back to take a second look at the vehicle Terry had it all ready to go. I was happy with the deal Terry worked out for us as well as with the exceptional service!

My entire family has moved over to Stampede Toyota, first my mother bought a 2011 Rav4 and she was extremely impressed with the service that she received. Shortly afterwards my father got himself a 2013 Tacoma.

And a few years later, I now have a 2016 Camry. This dealership doesn't fail to impress, all of the staff there are excellent and very friendly.

Love my RAV4, the 2-door model that I bought so long ago, I think it's a 1997 and I want it to live forever and the servicing I get at Stampede Toyota will keep it on the road for a good long time. It sips gas, it parks anywhere, it's comfortable, it travels well for great distances, I just love him, and so do others. I get compliments all the time and one day we were in Cochrane and a dude walked up to me and asked if he could buy my Mr. RAV for his wife. I said thank you but I love my RAV and will hang on to him because he treats me so well! Funny about that, but people do like the RAV. Thank you Toyota for making him, and thank you Stampede people for being such great people! I love you, every one of you, you take such good care of my RAV.

I have two vehicles that I bring in twice a year for servicing. We bought the RAV through a private sale in 2004 and it is a 2001 model. We also have a 2006 Prius which was purchased in 2007. They're OLD. I decided to take the RAV to another highly reputable mechanic in Calgary a year ago. Just to see what he had to say about it. He went over it with a fine-toothed comb and said, "I'd buy this vehicle off you right now if you were ever planning to sell it. Whoever services it has done a top class job." The staff at Stampede Toyota are friendly, professional and treat our old vehicles with great respect and care. I can't say enough about how happy I am with them. I've worked with most of their front line service staff and they are uniformly helpful, agreeable and responsible. I would not hesitate to recommend them now and any time in the future. Top class people.

I highly recommend rear mirror sensor for new driver. It is a great tool for blind spot, and at the same time sensor remove when you have room to switch lane, to cut in front of another vehicle. There is other sensor too as well. I would recommend looking into rav4 or ask for feature that can help you improve your driving skills.



Eric, my sale person wasn't pushy. I like when he tell me the feature of each model so that way you can make your own choices. Joshua is very great with my financial situation. At the signing contract he go thru briefly pin pointing detail you should understand throughly. Most places only brief the amount, interest and ur payment thats its. What wow me is when you pick up your vehicle there is a person to show you all the feature u have on your car and explain the benefits. He is able to answer some questions on feature that I was unsure with. Really save time to look at the manual book. I am expecting to purchase my 5th car from them again.

At first I thought the service was taking longer than I first was told it should, but upon completion, I was told that the extra time was on correcting something that another Toyota dealership messed up on so Stampede Toyota had to clean up a large mess that this other Toyota dealership made the last time. Plus this Toyota dealership offers great hot drinks to relax and make the time go faster. Very happy and cheaper oil service than others around Calgary which I found very good and strange that that would happen in one city.

A few months back we stopped into Stampede Toyota to check out a RAV4. Terry Kennedy was the lucky guy who got to help us. We spent over an hour with him, checking out all the features, going through the different models and actually having a fun time. Terry was very knowledgeable about the product, honest and super fun to deal with. We told him that we were waiting until the snow came to test drive the SUV and planned on test driving a few other SUVs. He didn't even flinch when we mentioned this, instead said he's rather us find the right vehicle for us, which was very refreshing. He kept in touch without being needy and as soon as we had 2 days of snow we made an appointment to visit Stampede Toyota again for another test drive. After the test drive we knew the RAV4 was for us. We went over the numbers and our trade. We received a fair-trade value for our car and really didn't need to negotiate much which was a different experience for us, in past deals we've had to go back and fourth a millions times to get the price we want. Next, we headed to the finance department to see Hieu. He was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable but kept the atmosphere light. A few days later we picked up our new RAV4. They had it waiting inside ready to go over all the features again and warranty. We drove away very happy with our purchase and blown away by the great customer service we received. I would highly recommend Stampede Toyota and Terry Kennedy.

I drive a 1998 Toyota Camray and the services I have received from Stampede Toyota have been Excellent. They have never done work on my car that was not needed and even helped me at times to find the best deal I could on parts or a specific need for my car. The Reps in front are friendly and helpful

the parts guy has been very good for me when I could not decide on which tires to buy at a time where I could not get my favorites as my car is old and they did not make the preferred tires any more. I could go on and on but I"m sure you get the picture.

i was not approved i dont now how but after i went to country hills toyota same company but they approved me even visiting to toyota stampede i was not treated well before approving when i asked to show me the vehicle i have to wait for 15min because they were playing games on cell phone. after i went to county hills toyota same day approved for brand new vehicle and was treated me as there family member thanks to hanif and faizel.

I was tricked into buying my car some time ago. I was asked if I wanted to leave a refundable deposit on the showroom model and if I didn't want it I could get my money back. When I came back to get my money they told me it was non-refundable... I was told the only way I'd get my deposit back was if the financing wasn't approved.



I recently found out that they lied to RBC about my salary so that financing was approved so that I was stuck with the car.

They put that I was a manager making over $70,000 a year, where I was actually just basic crew, making minimum wage.



Don't trust this dealership!

I was a customer at this dealership for close to twenty years. Not only did I purchase vehicles from Stampede, I was also a regular customer of their service department and parts department, spending on average about 2500 dollars per year in their service department. I recently took my Camry in for service and was instructed that my steering RACK was leaking and needed to be replaced, together with my high pressure steering hose. I informed Stampede that two previous shops had indicated to me that the leak was simply the high pressure hose, not the steering RACK, and asked them to check this again. Not only were they not responsive to these requests, they made it seem very clear that they felt that my car was "old". After multiple requests for a quotation to repair the problem, no quote was forthcoming (???). Dennis, the service manager indicated he would check the car out, and later left me a message indicating that he would be too busy to accept phone calls but that the problem "might be the steering box". They never did give me a quote. I pulled my car from the shop and took the it to Carline Muffler in the NE (a shop that I would highly recommend) who promptly replaced the high pressure hose at a reasonable price. There has been no leak since that time....there was never a problem with the steering rack, and neither Dennis the service manager, nor their sales manager ever bothered to call me back. Don't waste your time with Stampede....they don't care....and haven't for many years. And this is very unfortunate as it used to be the only shop I would deal with. Go anywhere else...they are at best uncaring, and at worst, incompetent.

At first I thought the service was taking longer than I first was told it should, but upon completion, I was told that the extra time was on correcting something that another Toyota dealership messed up on so Stampede Toyota had to clean up a large mess that this other Toyota dealership made the last time. Plus this Toyota dealership offers great hot drinks to relax and make the time go faster. Very happy and cheaper oil service than others around Calgary which I found very good and strange that that would happen in one city.

A few months back we stopped into Stampede Toyota to check out a RAV4. Terry Kennedy was the lucky guy who got to help us. We spent over an hour with him, checking out all the features, going through the different models and actually having a fun time. Terry was very knowledgeable about the product, honest and super fun to deal with. We told him that we were waiting until the snow came to test drive the SUV and planned on test driving a few other SUVs. He didn't even flinch when we mentioned this, instead said he's rather us find the right vehicle for us, which was very refreshing. He kept in touch without being needy and as soon as we had 2 days of snow we made an appointment to visit Stampede Toyota again for another test drive. After the test drive we knew the RAV4 was for us. We went over the numbers and our trade. We received a fair-trade value for our car and really didn't need to negotiate much which was a different experience for us, in past deals we've had to go back and fourth a millions times to get the price we want. Next, we headed to the finance department to see Hieu. He was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable but kept the atmosphere light. A few days later we picked up our new RAV4. They had it waiting inside ready to go over all the features again and warranty. We drove away very happy with our purchase and blown away by the great customer service we received. I would highly recommend Stampede Toyota and Terry Kennedy.

i was not approved i dont now how but after i went to country hills toyota same company but they approved me even visiting to toyota stampede i was not treated well before approving when i asked to show me the vehicle i have to wait for 15min because they were playing games on cell phone. after i went to county hills toyota same day approved for brand new vehicle and was treated me as there family member thanks to hanif and faizel.

I was tricked into buying my car some time ago. I was asked if I wanted to leave a refundable deposit on the showroom model and if I didn't want it I could get my money back. When I came back to get my money they told me it was non-refundable... I was told the only way I'd get my deposit back was if the financing wasn't approved.



I recently found out that they lied to RBC about my salary so that financing was approved so that I was stuck with the car.

They put that I was a manager making over $70,000 a year, where I was actually just basic crew, making minimum wage.



Don't trust this dealership!

I was a customer at this dealership for close to twenty years. Not only did I purchase vehicles from Stampede, I was also a regular customer of their service department and parts department, spending on average about 2500 dollars per year in their service department. I recently took my Camry in for service and was instructed that my steering RACK was leaking and needed to be replaced, together with my high pressure steering hose. I informed Stampede that two previous shops had indicated to me that the leak was simply the high pressure hose, not the steering RACK, and asked them to check this again. Not only were they not responsive to these requests, they made it seem very clear that they felt that my car was "old". After multiple requests for a quotation to repair the problem, no quote was forthcoming (???). Dennis, the service manager indicated he would check the car out, and later left me a message indicating that he would be too busy to accept phone calls but that the problem "might be the steering box". They never did give me a quote. I pulled my car from the shop and took the it to Carline Muffler in the NE (a shop that I would highly recommend) who promptly replaced the high pressure hose at a reasonable price. There has been no leak since that time....there was never a problem with the steering rack, and neither Dennis the service manager, nor their sales manager ever bothered to call me back. Don't waste your time with Stampede....they don't care....and haven't for many years. And this is very unfortunate as it used to be the only shop I would deal with. Go anywhere else...they are at best uncaring, and at worst, incompetent.

Went to Toyota Stampede to trade my old Sienna to a brand new 4Runner. Jericho was the one who assisted me. I told him what I wanted and the budget I have. He's very patient and really helped me by talking to the sales manager and urging him to give us discounts to accommodate our requests. It took him two days pitching for us so that I can get what I wanted thats within my budget. Excellent customer service.(couldn't ask for more) A huge asset to the company and he's the kind of staff that you want to keep in your company.. Another staff that I want to commend is Hieu, he got us a good financing interest, explained every details that we should know in regards to our financing and to our warranties. Very friendly, talking to him you can see a very genuine person. Excellent customer service too and a huge asset to this location. Last is the guy at releasing (sorry i forgot his name), he explained every details that i should know before I'll drive my brand new 4runner. Very friendly, courteous guy. Overall i had an excellent service from start to finish from this location. Before I forgot, nice video game you have. My kids and husband have a good time playing with the retro video games. Love my RAV4, the 2-door model that I bought so long ago, I think it's a 1997 and I want it to live forever and the servicing I get at Stampede Toyota will keep it on the road for a good long time. It sips gas, it parks anywhere, it's comfortable, it travels well for great distances, I just love him, and so do others. I get compliments all the time and one day we were in Cochrane and a dude walked up to me and asked if he could buy my Mr. RAV for his wife. I said thank you but I love my RAV and will hang on to him because he treats me so well! Funny about that, but people do like the RAV. He went over it with a fine-toothed comb and said, "I'd buy this vehicle off you right now if you were ever planning to sell it. Whoever services it has done a top class job." The staff at Stampede Toyota are friendly, professional and treat our old vehicles with great respect and care. I can't say enough about how happy I am with them. I've worked with most of their front line service staff and they are uniformly helpful, agreeable and responsible. I would not hesitate to recommend them now and any time in the future. I highly recommend rear mirror sensor for new driver. It is a great tool for blind spot, and at the same time sensor remove when you have room to switch lane, to cut in front of another vehicle. There is other sensor too as well. I would recommend looking into rav4 or ask for feature that can help you improve your driving skills.



Eric, my sale person wasn't pushy. I like when he tell me the feature of each model so that way you can make your own choices. Joshua is very great with my financial situation. At the signing contract he go thru briefly pin pointing detail you should understand throughly. Most places only brief the amount, interest and ur payment thats its. What wow me is when you pick up your vehicle there is a person to show you all the feature u have on your car and explain the benefits. He is able to answer some questions on feature that I was unsure with. Really save time to look at the manual book. I am expecting to purchase my 5th car from them again.

I am very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. I love my Rav4 xle and its the best decision I made.



I highly recommend rear mirror sensor for new driver. It is a great tool for blind spot, and at the same time sensor remove when you have room to switch lane, to cut in front of another vehicle. There is other sensor too as well. I would recommend looking into rav4 or ask for feature that can help you improve your driving skills.



Eric, my sale person wasn't pushy. I like when he tell me the feature of each model so that way you can make your own choices. Joshua is very great with my financial situation. At the signing contract he go thru briefly pin pointing detail you should understand throughly. Most places only brief the amount, interest and ur payment thats its. What wow me is when you pick up your vehicle there is a person to show you all the feature u have on your car and explain the benefits. He is able to answer some questions on feature that I was unsure with. Really save time to look at the manual book. I am expecting to purchase my 5th car from them again.

At first I thought the service was taking longer than I first was told it should, but upon completion, I was told that the extra time was on correcting something that another Toyota dealership messed up on so Stampede Toyota had to clean up a large mess that this other Toyota dealership made the last time. Plus this Toyota dealership offers great hot drinks to relax and make the time go faster. Very happy and cheaper oil service than others around Calgary which I found very good and strange that that would happen in one city.

A few months back we stopped into Stampede Toyota to check out a RAV4. Terry Kennedy was the lucky guy who got to help us. We spent over an hour with him, checking out all the features, going through the different models and actually having a fun time. Terry was very knowledgeable about the product, honest and super fun to deal with. We told him that we were waiting until the snow came to test drive the SUV and planned on test driving a few other SUVs. He didn't even flinch when we mentioned this, instead said he's rather us find the right vehicle for us, which was very refreshing. He kept in touch without being needy and as soon as we had 2 days of snow we made an appointment to visit Stampede Toyota again for another test drive. After the test drive we knew the RAV4 was for us. We went over the numbers and our trade. We received a fair-trade value for our car and really didn't need to negotiate much which was a different experience for us, in past deals we've had to go back and fourth a millions times to get the price we want. Next, we headed to the finance department to see Hieu. He was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable but kept the atmosphere light. A few days later we picked up our new RAV4. They had it waiting inside ready to go over all the features again and warranty. We drove away very happy with our purchase and blown away by the great customer service we received. I would highly recommend Stampede Toyota and Terry Kennedy.

I have been taken my vehicles to stampede toyota for a about four years now and it seems their technicians know what they’re doing . They make their recommendations on service issues without the sales push. I recommend them to all my friends and family members.

I drive a 1998 Toyota Camray and the services I have received from Stampede Toyota have been Excellent. They have never done work on my car that was not needed and even helped me at times to find the best deal I could on parts or a specific need for my car. The Reps in front are friendly and helpful

the parts guy has been very good for me when I could not decide on which tires to buy at a time where I could not get my favorites as my car is old and they did not make the preferred tires any more. I could go on and on but I"m sure you get the picture.

i was not approved i dont now how but after i went to country hills toyota same company but they approved me even visiting to toyota stampede i was not treated well before approving when i asked to show me the vehicle i have to wait for 15min because they were playing games on cell phone. after i went to county hills toyota same day approved for brand new vehicle and was treated me as there family member thanks to hanif and faizel.

I was tricked into buying my car some time ago. I was asked if I wanted to leave a refundable deposit on the showroom model and if I didn't want it I could get my money back. When I came back to get my money they told me it was non-refundable... I was told the only way I'd get my deposit back was if the financing wasn't approved.



I recently found out that they lied to RBC about my salary so that financing was approved so that I was stuck with the car.

They put that I was a manager making over $70,000 a year, where I was actually just basic crew, making minimum wage.



Don't trust this dealership!

I was a customer at this dealership for close to twenty years. Not only did I purchase vehicles from Stampede, I was also a regular customer of their service department and parts department, spending on average about 2500 dollars per year in their service department. I recently took my Camry in for service and was instructed that my steering RACK was leaking and needed to be replaced, together with my high pressure steering hose. I informed Stampede that two previous shops had indicated to me that the leak was simply the high pressure hose, not the steering RACK, and asked them to check this again. Not only were they not responsive to these requests, they made it seem very clear that they felt that my car was "old". After multiple requests for a quotation to repair the problem, no quote was forthcoming (???). Dennis, the service manager indicated he would check the car out, and later left me a message indicating that he would be too busy to accept phone calls but that the problem "might be the steering box". They never did give me a quote. I pulled my car from the shop and took the it to Carline Muffler in the NE (a shop that I would highly recommend) who promptly replaced the high pressure hose at a reasonable price. There has been no leak since that time....there was never a problem with the steering rack, and neither Dennis the service manager, nor their sales manager ever bothered to call me back. Don't waste your time with Stampede....they don't care....and haven't for many years. And this is very unfortunate as it used to be the only shop I would deal with. Go anywhere else...they are at best uncaring, and at worst, incompetent.
