Peter Z Pan--owner /Chef, his specialty with cuisine of Sichuan & Thai; & a potion of other kind Chinese cuisine, & little Japanese as well , very talented on food decoration & carving. As a chef'-cooking teach back from Sheraton Hotel in Shanghai China,

Peter became a chef-specialist selected by Canadian Immigration as skill immigrant by year 1986; and he brought his family together settle in Montreal Quebec since 1987. Awhile as position as a cook, chef at several restaurants and caterer, he started his own restaurant business.

Established his first Middle class Sichuan Restaurant L‘eventale in NDG, a while later, he started a family restaurant called Chuan Yang with his late wife together hidden the location was totally out of the commercial zone. it discovered and strongly recommended by food section journalist Mylone Garloway first from a local newspaper Suburban;

Gazette Newspaper Food Section journalist Helen Rochester found it lately, and she promoted several times on her food section, which he also recommended on TV Time Magazine time to times. And customers were lineup for dining even during the winter time, and waiting period sometime over a hour: ) On Helen Rochester recommendation she announced for my cuisine is "Good, good, and Good! "

Peter also was hired by Dragon Restaurant as a chef-specialist and he created for all the food decoration and carvings of the grand opening ceremony just as he did all those weddings and marriage anniversaries at most rich areas as Westmount, Hampstead, MTR and Cote St-Luc also Montreal West as well.

In Florida 1994, Peter started to learn Thai cuisine since it start to getting popular, and then he became a chef at Sawatee Restaurant, lately he became a owner, and relocated the restaurant from St-Henry to Old Montreal, and it was announced by Hospitality Magazine for one of the 100 BEST RESTAURANT IN CANADA.

Year 2009 for better life especially for the better future of his two little girls, Peter decided to return back business right after his divorce, and he believed that his profession and own specialty would benefit for the westside of Canada as well, by then he gave up for the Beach Motel at North Ontario, brought his two little girls and his girlfriend Linda from Montreal settle here for his new adventure : )
