I liked it very much. I was going to buy laptop, and personal of computer department was very knowledgeable and very good, this people deserve to be recognized, that's what I can say to their management.

Area sales manager was very helpful and patiently provided me good information

Always fantastic service! The girl who helped me with my online order through their print services even printed my project in another form to ensure the look I wanted was achieved. I have never had any issues and the staff is always so polite and wonderful.

I normally don't review, but I had to for this place. This place is awful.
The first time I was there, I just ran in to make a few photocopies. They had 3 machines free, two of them were not working and the 3rd one was jammed or malfunctioned. No staff in sight, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to finish up their stuff so I could use the machine.

Second time going in, I needed a new external hard drive. I found what I was looking for, however, I could not fight an employee in sight. The manager was chatting up some random guy in the middle of the store and the cashier had zero clue what to do. After about 20 minutes of standing in the electronic section leaning against a shelf looking annoyed someone asked if I needed help. I paid for my purchase with cash, and was happy to get out of there. Later I realized he skimped me $20 in change. My fault for not checking at the time. NEVER going to this store again.
