I was attack by a ruler wielding child. They have a hut made of pencils in the arts and crafts isle. Plz get the extermination they are multiplying. This store is losing customers due to this issues. i would suggest that you deal with it before it is to late. You guys might go out if business if this contentious problem. #plz deal with it

My daughter and I walked the store while we waited for a lamination. An Elmer Glue display showcased how to make slime with "Slime Activator". The "Slime Activator" was not on display so I asked an associate named Atif (if I recall correctly), he very kindly went to a back room and came out with a large bottle of the stuff, along with some buttons, colouring, and instructions and gave it to my 8 year old daughter for free (it was left over from some display they had, but unused). My daughter felt like she won the lottery, and has been raving about how "nice that man was". Thank you Atif, you made one young girl very very happy.

Staples store and online shop is pretty useless. Lack of customer service, communication is poor and staff don't have much in the way of initiative. They could test the patience of a saint! We won't be using their services again in the future for anything.

Bhavna at the copy centre was extremely helpful and I will return again just because of her excellent customer service!

How this company remains in business is amazing. Staff lack basic knowledge. Store stock and online shipping are sub par; pricing is not competitive.

Literally made me buy my own pen to write on an envelope i was sending at their purolator. The, apparently, omly pen had ran out of ink and there was none others to offer me so i had to buy my own while the clerk just sat there mouthbreathing. Will remember that.

Best place for a stationary lover & an office supplies lover to be. It is like heaven.

The worst store that I have been in alberta, on March 9, 2017, I tried to printer from my phone, ( around 6:30pm-7:15pm) and the girl that was in the printer area made me feel like stupid person, asked her for help, and she answer in a very bad mod, I'll never recomed this store

I called to get a printer. Was left on the phone for almost 6 minutes. Gave the staff member the model I needed to replace. The staff members went to ask a coworker for help three times. After 15 minutes the employee told me to call back in 3 hours. No one had any knowledge of the HP printers they sell.
They were clueless. I knew more than the staff member from one internet search I did while I was waiting on hold. Worst shopping experience I have ever had at staples. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service.
