I went to this location and got an example of worse customer services, especially the Manager (Richard wong) , instead of resolving an issue , he started an argument. The other Manager on duty was really helpful and friendly.

Staples have no customer service at all!!! There is simply no way you can cancel your order. I asked the the representative because i wanted to do the survey but she told me to disconnect and said that their survey is unavailable, to check that i called again but to the different representative but he said that the survey is working fine. I wanted to report this to the manager but I had to wait for 30 minutes but i still couldn't report this. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED BY A SUCH BIG COMPANY!!!

I spent almost an hour at the print and photo center just to have them unable to make a standard sized photo. Don't waste your time trying to do copies and prints there.

don't ever shop here they sold me an discontinued phone and when it broke and I bought the extra insurance .they wouldn't give me my money back. only in store credit and they charged me another 25 dollars for mobile phone restocking charge ....would recommend shopping any where but here ...ONE BIG SCAM..TO SALE OUT DATED PHONES

Great place for back-to-school shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location.

Has always had what I can in for and at a good price

Always understaffed, especially the print center. Give yourself at least half an hour if you need to call the store and speak to a person... I find most of the staff try hard, they just always lack stock and man hours...

Had a question for the staff and it took me 7 minutes to find one and another 3 minutes for one staff member to finish his amusing antidote with another ~ antidote was anything but amusing ~ and as it turns out . . . they didn't have what I needed. Nor did they seem to even care. The store had this dirty, dusty rundown look. Don't bothered calling Customer Service, they don't answer their calls. I had tried 3 times in 11 minutes.

The Staples Customer Service persons: Steve and Satinder were very helpful in my purchase. Steve and Satinder made eye contact with me, were very polite and respectful. Steve and Satinder were efficient and knowledgeable. They made my purchase easy.
