Staples Foothills

Staples have no customer service at all!!! There is simply no way you can cancel your order. I asked the the representative because i wanted to do the survey but she told me to disconnect and said that their survey is unavailable, to check that i called again but to the different representative but he said that the survey is working fine. I wanted to report this to the manager but I had to wait for 30 minutes but i still couldn't report this. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED BY A SUCH BIG COMPANY!!!

I was looking for a pen. Chelsea came up to me and helped me out a lot. She was very knowledgeable about any kind of pen. I didn't know the difference between ballpoint and a gel. She got me the right one for me.

Located in the middle of an industrial, there's barely any workers at this location for assistance during evenings and weekends. Checking out takes a long time here as a result.
