Staples Market Mall (Permanently Closed)

Friendly staff. Well stocked store. Often a wait if you have questions. Don't forget your AirMiles.

Lazy staff, if you can find any staff that is.. Very unfortunate because it's located in such a prime location.

Normally not too busy & organized place. Some products prices are bit higher compared with others. Helpful staffs.

The Print/Copy department at the Calgary Market Mall store (Shaganappi Trail) , especially the employee named Sana, did a great job in printing and spiral binding multiple documents of mine. Thanks again! Staples prices for this service were competitive but above all, their service was very quick and the result was exactly what I wanted. They have no problem in binding odd sized documents. Their hours of operation are much later than other competitors such as "UPS Store" or "Sure Print & Copy Centre" so that its a big advantage to them as well. Staples for printing and binding is highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and very personable staff. Requested product was completed well within time promised.

Price match is simply a joke in this store ... I confirmed with the staff that they can match the price a day before and when I arrived and showed them the cheaper price they refused and the person I talked to just turned 180 deg and said this would be a loss for them ..... really? why lying then and wasting my time?

My poor review is due to bad customer service and questionable practices. When I arrive at a store the morning of an advertised sale I'd expect stock. I looked around the store then asked a staff member where the item was. She directed me to the other end of the store where I had already been. Still not finding the item I asked another staff member and she pointed me to another area. Not finding the item there I asked a third and she directed me to the first place where I had been. I asked her to come with me and show me. She couldn't find the item so she gave me another similar item, one that was $2.99 each instead of the advertised $0.25 each. I had to buy 100 for a class so the price difference is quite significant. At the counter I asked about the stock and if they are expecting any. She did not care in the least, did not check, did not call. Have not been to this store since.

Staff are not rude but they clearly lack knowledge. They did not know how to price match the product I was going to buy. In fact, they resisted and came up with every reason to not match the competitor's price. I left immediately because I didn't want to waste any time with ignorant employees. I went to Staples right by Chinook Center, and boom I had my product price-matched right away. I checked their price match policy and the second store did things right.
